Everything was absolutely perfect. The receptionists were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whenever you are welcomed like this, you feel very safe and cared for. The facilities were perfectly nice and clean. There was complimentary water, tea, and coffee available at the room. We could not have asked for a better location. We came and left by train. Since the hotel is right next to the train station, when we left for our train, we were at our designated platform within only a few minutes. When we were early for our check-in, we left our luggage at the reception and had late lunch in the city. Major sightseeing points - like Dom or Hunderwasserhaus (we didn’t even know that there was one in Magdeburg and more or less stumbled upon it by accident; it has been a superb surprise to finally see one of those in real life) - can be reached on foot within a couple of minutes. Once again, for our purpose of a one-night stay, we could not have asked for more.

We stayed from Saturday to Sunday and some party people started talking loudly on the street in the middle of the night. However, we just closed the window, then it was super quiet for the rest of the night and we could not hear any outside noise. No one to blame, the young generation has to party, and with closing the window, everything was perfectly fine. Except for this, the place is generally super quiet, not much traffic, sirens, or anything like that, which can happen in big cities. That‘s why we were sleeping perfectly fine with an open window in the first place…

Close to the central railway station and the city centre. Comfortable rooms. Clean and good smell.

There was an UV lamp in the bathroom and the rotary switch to activate it just under the light switch. There was no label or warning and I have activated it by mistake thinking it was a ventilation or something. It was really unpleasant for my eyes even for a few seconds. Be cautious about it.

Positioned right next to the Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof the hotel was central to most things whether it be transport, shopping, restaurants and bars. The Cathedral is very close by, as is the Natural, Historical and Art Museum which is well worth a visit also. The hotel is a short walk from the River Elbe where you can take a number of paths along the banks. The staff were very friendly at the hotel.

This is a good hotel. The price is great. The room is good. Clean facility. Hot water in the shower which seems like an issue with alot if hotels. One minutes walk from Magdeburg Hbf station which is the central station. If you want to travel around to other cities or the airport, this is the best hotel for you.

The room looked directly onto the station which we thought was very funny. When the windows are closed you can't hear anything from the trains at all. Breakfast was great, love the pancake machine. Staff super friendly and helpful Got extra pillows with no stress whatsoever and an hour early check in Complimentary water

Location is great, the airconditioned rooms are very well renovated (the new bathroom style is lovely), the location at the central train station is great.

Not all of the towels were available for 2 people in one room - only one bath towel and one hand towel. There was a tear in the bed covers. The small fridge was not working - even though all of the snacks are available downstairs, being able to keep a bottle of water cold would be nice.

As a chain hotel brand, the room delivers what you expect. Enough room for your luggage and proper space for working. The room is also quiet, although it's right next to the track of the central station, you don't hear anything through the night.

Small thing to complain, the cleaning lady knocked the door really early (around 8:30 am) and then just opened the door directly. Luckily I was already awake and well dressed, otherwise it would be an awkward situation. The checkout time is 12:00 pm, so I have no idea why they wanted to clean the room so early.

Overall was very good, nice clean room, hot water, TV working, Heating working, Good clean smell, Location excellent, next to the main station Magdeburg, trams, shopping centre. Didn't have breakfast so cant comment, what that like.

The room was comfortable and the window can be opened for fresh air. The fridge is at waist hight, so no bending required!

The air quality in the bathroom was not good, the extraction fan did not work straight away when the light was switched on. Leaving the light on for 30 minutes did help greatly. Also there was not a kettle in my room although one is shown in the room photo

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. The room is not big, but has everything you need. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. From the train station 100 meters. You can conveniently get to any city in Germany.
