As soon as we registered for the hotel, they called us to verify our needs. The conversation was excellent and everything we asked for was welcomed. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, they greeted us with joy, showed us the parking lot, the room, everything possible, from the coffee machine, the refrigerator, the TV, and the dining room. We asked if there was a possibility to do laundry, and we had quite a bit, they happily agreed and we received everything folded the next morning at a modest price. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and they happily took care of us there the whole time. It was simply amazing, excellent service +++, and most importantly, an amazing personal touch that we will never forget.

The front desk employee who was there for check in on Friday night (Aug 1st, 2025) - unfortunately I don't remember his name - was extremely professional, nice and patient. He helped us a lot and arranged for a third bed (paying extra).

When booking through Booking.com, it gives you a room with 2 beds, even if you put 3 people. According to the hotel, if you enter child it doesn't count. But there is only 2 single beds and not big enough to sleep with an 11 year-old in the same bed.

The breakfast was excellent - a comprehensive hot-cold buffet with very good quality and diverse cheeses, fish, meats, different preparations of eggs, vegetables, different types bread-rolls (loved the 'healthy' whole-wheat with lots of seeds!), cereals, juices, fruits, and an excellent coffee machine.

It's 'only' a three star hotel, so within that band, there is not much more one could ask for - the hotel is really excellent value for the price. Perhaps the quality of the coffee and tea that is available in the room could be improved, and perhaps some biscuits or healthy snacks (nuts or fruit bars?) could be included in the room. I would also suggest that the curtains in the rooms be shortened, and possibly re-hung so that the radiators which are directly under the windows do not get covered when the curtains are closed. This would reduce the hotel's heating-bill, and circulate the heat through the rooms more quickly and easily.

The room was extremely comfortable and the owner extremely nice and accommodating. We needed to arrive quite late and they found a way to make it happen. Location is perfect.

All perfect, just quite difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower, at least in the room we were. Nothing terrible, just something to be aware of.

Very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room had water bottles and sprinklers wine bottle. Room coffee was good too. Will come here if ever in Berlin. 5 stars out of 5.

Nice and clean with nice flowers all over. Very quiet away from the Main Street.

Host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating, despite the fact that we were speaking different languages. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. We stayed here as a stop over between flights, proximity to airport was good. Crossing through the spree tunnel to the forest walk on the other side was very nice.

The breakfast was excellent - freshly made drop scones as well as a great buffet and a good cup of coffee. Well worth the 15 euro.

We did not use the kitchenette but it was next to the bathroom.

The location is quiet and away from the main hubs in Berlin, but there are plenty of dinning options and shopping.

Could use some exterior lights near the rooms. A little difficult to find the keyhole to the exterior door without a light.

The staff were fantastic. They make you feel at home. The rooms are cozy. The breakfast is great.

My only problem was some people loud above me. But, this is not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice small hotel with friendly staff. I ordered a small room, but they gave me a large room. Breakfast was nicely arranged and there were enough vegan options. Everything was clean and looked relatively new.

The curtain of the single window in the room was smaller than than the window itself, as a result, it was already bright at 4:00 a.m. Although they have 6 different WLANs to chose from, reception was bad and the internet was connection was slow and frequently lost. The cold and warm water in the shower were reversed and did not match the sign on the water tap, consequently, I wasted a lot of water until I figured out I need to turn on the cold water to get warm water.
