Small hotel on the riverside, which means fresh air. Close to grocery. Nice walking road to main shopping street. Tram station is in 1 min walk. Useful information on the reception with different brochures. I even saw a few one day tickets for free of charge on the desk. Rooms are new with fresh bathrooms. Very good breakfast till 10-10:30am. Full of fresh plenty food. Different kinds of cheese, eggs, salami, ham, veggies, fruits, yogurt, muesli, coffee, tea, mineral water, juice etc. Pleasant and open hotel staff, which ready to help. They allowed a late check out for my parents and gave a lunch box for me, cause my flight was early in the morning.

I would like a more thorough cleaning of the room with washing the floor and dusting. They cleaned the bathroom mostly every other day, but, for example, there was dust on the phone and hair on the floor. Pillows are not very comfortable due to lumps and two beds are pushed towards each other, so you can feel a gap between them during the sleep. In addition, we do not provide a free kettle in the room. I think this should be included in the room price.

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean and fresh, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Tram stop directly outside the hotel with links to central Berlin. Our room had many thoughtful touches, shower was extremely lovely, comfortable bed, helpful city guides and local recommendations, lovely outside garden, sheltered seating and riverside space, free umbrellas to borrow, on site gym and sauna. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very clean and with great views of the river/lake. Lots of space in the room, and very comfy beds. Easy access into the hotel. Quiet. It has a very nice bar and restaurant on the waterfront.

It's in what feels like an industrial estate and it's quite far out from the S-Bahn, but we knew that when booking.

Lack of Hotel Signage: I arrived at night and found it difficult to locate the hotel as there was no visible sign. This made me unsure if I was at the correct address, especially since there was no one around to assist.

The staff were incredible, very friendly and accommodating. The location was great, the breakfast was great. The hotel was spotless.

The room was pretty warm and there didn’t seem to be an option to change the temperature setting however there was a fan provided.

The view of the marina and resturant was pretty cool, nice balcony.

Everything was fine, my only complaint is the crane's boom in the marina could be tied down on windy nights to avoid clanging away in the wind like a demented windchime ratcheting away througout the night.

Clean and quiet area. Lovely spot with a restaurant nearby. Transit is outside and a great way to get into the city. Park your car and take the tran, super convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. Recommended. The staff was so helpful with my husband, English is our first language and they were terrific and patient. This is established on the water, yacht club arena.

Loved the breakfast, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the decor, the cleanliness and the lush river views.

It was a little pricey but it was marathon weekend. Also, the bed could've been a little more comfy.

Andre at front desk was very helpful and welcoming Interesting location by the river. Very short walk to a little town with great shops , cafés and restaurants. Easy to travel into central Berlin, takes about 50 mins.

Lovely location at the WasserSportCentrum/Marina on the Spree River, two tram stops from Friedrichshagen and the Mugglesee. Easy access to Berlin via Friedrichshagen S Bahn (to the centre of Berlin in a half hour) and to the Seebad Friedrichshagen for a refreshing dip after a day's sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and obliging, the neighbouring restaurant very pleasant, good value, and the hotel breakfast was superb. Photos taken from the hotel balcony.

We missed some communal space, where we could have sat and played cards, or chatted, but this was only a very small point.
