high quality of interior design, stylish main hall with fancy copper-like finishes that brings impression of 4-star hotel, very kind and helpful reception personnel, sound-proof windows (while tramways start at 5:00 AM, central location of the hotel

tiny pick-up area in front of the hotel; smoking allowed in the front of the hotel so you breathing shitty smell when leaving or entering the hotel main hall; a bit confusing, not user-friendly on-wall panel for air-conditioning; only open hangers bar mounted to the wall instead of 'real' wardrobe

Centre of a really pleasant town - must be vibrant when theatre’s showing. Bright spacious Reception. Functional comfortable Room. Really excellent electrical points with dual USB and C charging points!!!

P.S. The confusing room signage out of the lift really wasn’t what I wanted on arrival. Please Please sort this basic out quickly

When we were checking in our car was blocked as a result of the special measures because of the the football match/festivity. The woman at the desk helped us really to make we had no troubles with that (she anticipated correct by writing a note to the police.

Location was good

Reception staff when we arrived was rude. Spoke on the phone for more than 10 minutes without acknowledging that we were stood there. Then acted as if we were an inconvenience.

Hotel surrounded by restaurants, with traw accessible right in front of the building. Parking is close to the hotel too. Everything was nice as usual in Ibis Styles Hotels.

The breakfast was a bit poor compared to what we are used to, but the overall quality was nice.

Comfort in the room( especially bed and cozy design), very friendly reception workers, very tasty breakfast and easy way to check in&out

Seems like the windows are not so well protected, because at night it was very loud as downstairs there was a tram driving every 5 minutes and it was not so easy to fall asleep. Everything else was perfect 👍

Location is so closed to the train connections and rooms are quite comfortable.

There are some noise from the train throughout the nighttime

Excellent hotel in the town that doesn’t exist. Perfectly clean, wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast. What more could you ask for!

Clean and modern, friendly staff, big room, 24/7 reception, spoke good English

Unfortunately the key cards broke when we stayed however there was staff 24/7 to let us in our room!

Pleasant room and staff. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Recommended!

The kitchen could have some dishes and dish soap, for example. Without it, it isn’t of much value to have a small kitchen in the room.
