Room was quite, pretty clean and quite comfortable. Bed, minibar, window view, bathroom towels are of excellent quality. Parking was very convenient.

There was no shower gel as previous guest probably consumed whole liquid in the bottle. Breakfast was very good, however I got impression from the staff that one should enter the restaurant just once for breakfast and that was quite surpassing, never ever heard such remark before in any hotel. I came earlier to grab some food and went to wake up my family and later came together to the restaurant. The staff mentioned to my wife that I had already my breakfast which was kind of not proper remark and I found it rude.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and will definitely return in the future. Great location and a friendly, helpful staff. I’d especially like to mention Noshad Khan at the front desk — professional, courteous, and welcoming. His calm and efficient manner made us feel at home right away.

Everything was great — we just missed having a coffee machine in the room.

too dark in bathroom to shave properly, too dark in main room, the hotel is partially cut off from the city centre by huge construction site blocking access therefore do NOT trust any google navigation when you are walking to or from the hotel to the city centre

The hotel were nice and clean, and we booked two residential suites that were spacious. However, we had requested connecting rooms, which unfortunately didn’t happen. Aside from that, everything was good.

The shower room lacked privacy, which can be an issue when staying with kids.

Nice room, with view and lots of light. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Location is close to the center.

The shower is visible from the room, so if you travel with kids just keep them busy, when showering.

It's a very modern hotel,in a good location just a few minutes walk to all the shops and the alt stadt, staff are super friendly and very helpful, especially the two girls on reception , The room is very clean and tidy, not the biggest though, shower and toilet are separate , shower is good, but you are visible from the room by floor to ceiling clear glass partition ,, there is a small fridge with soft drinks and water which are free, WiFi is good, Breakfast is buffet style, plenty of variety, in the pleasant surroundings of the modern bar area, again staff very friendly and helpful, There is parking at the hotel, but we found it not the easiest to access, we ended up using the Willy brandt Parkhaus across the square from the hotel , big and plenty of spaces available ,well lit ,very secure, and very reasonable, 12 euros for a 24 hour period ,I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Nothing really, Parking was our only issue, but not a great concern to be honest, as there is a huge parkhaus literally just metres away from the hotel, even the hotel staff say that they use the parkhaus

The room was amazing, with a really comfortable bed! In a convenient location for the train station, and very close to the main city centre Staff were really friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the bar Also very handy that they accept dogs!

Only down side was that the shower had something loose, which meant that water went off at an angle and it made the bathroom floor wet. The hotel hadn't been made aware of this, and I'm sure they fixed this upon me reporting it at check out

Welcoming & attentive staff, very clean, nicely appointed rooms, great & powerful shower, comfy bed, beautiful view of the town from my window. I attended the ATP Tennis Tournament in nearby Halle, and this hotel was lovely, comfortable and convenient.

The room is well equipped and modernly decorated. The glassy style bathroom fitted next to the bed is fantastic (been to several hotels with the same style). A flat screen TV is provided in the room with little fridge and air-conditioner. The room nicely sized.

The WiFi speed connection was bad, only fits the basic searches. Not even YouTube would be good to watch using that, laggy for mobile games. For my case I was supposed to connect it to my work cloud to work remotely, however the internet speed does not help. The fridge is basic and small, does not to be cooling enough at least not to my need. The air-conditioner is mostly working as a Fan that gets the air from outside, therefore if the weather is hot, it is not supposed to be that cold as it is working as a fan instead of using freon gas concept. The carpets are getting worn out with time already (I have been there when it was new as well)

It was great.

The pillows were not good. Were to low. They must have different types of pillows. I wish breakfast was included for the price of money we payed.
