Superb staff, Amazing Restaurant for Dinner and The Food was very very tasty. The variety of options for breakfast were superb, with cooked and cold fruit, meat and cheese options available.

I cannot think of any negatives, as the room was well suited for pets, but was clean and warm and the the facilities ware all of good standard. It would perhaps have been nice to have 2 spare pillows should couples/individuals require extra. The double bed also could have had a double duvet rather than 2 singles, but the were warm and comfortable.

Bed was comfortable and separate duvets was nice. Location was lovely.

My son found a toenail in his bed that wasn’t his and we couldn’t get any shower gel out of the bottle; I think it was a new one (it was full) but it hadn’t been opened properly before being fitted in the dispenser. We weren’t able to work out how to get it out and since we were in a hurry we didn’t let anyone know. On the first stay our pillows were awful, too flat and too square. On our second stay we requested additional pillows but these didn’t materialise. There was a wedding so the restaurant wasn’t open, but we did manage to get food in the bar.

Lovely location, easy check in and out. Staff was very pleasant . The restaurant staff very friendly and lovely food.

Some repairs needed. Outside need a clean of the walls. Room had one socket loose and a hidden away bottle of nose spray in the lamp.

The staff are so friendly and remembered us from the year prior and we got the same delightful room again. Superb food at dinner and breakfast

Wished we could stay longer as a perfect location

I liked the location, close to the city-center, but away from the traffic etc. The Hotel itself is a kind of 1970's building, functional and convenient. I am fond of walking, so I enjoyed the 2km to the University.

Rather a suggestion than critical comment. If the Hotel would also rent bicycles, I guess it would increase its attractivity even more. I spent 3 nights in Bielefeld for working at University. For clients like me a bicycle might make a difference.

Location and Breakfast are Perfect! Rooms are ok nothing special and the staff are really friendly.

Bathroom was not cleaned well. Coffee/tea in the room is dissapointing and water jar needs descaling.

As it is a smoker friendly establishment (hello Germany), some of our bedding was infused with cigarette smell, even if we were in a non smoking room.

Nice clean room with very pleasing light decor. Warm and comfortable. Excellent selection of breakfast menu, and my two fried eggs sunny side up were done perfectly with a little garnish on the side! Location is a little out on the fringe of town. Taxis cost about Euro11 from the station.

It is not suitable if a walk into the new town for work is preferred. Taxi is needed. Typically costs are around Euro 11-13.
