It's an excellent option for it's price. Literally 5 min walk for the historical city center, very modern and clean bathroom, the room was equipped with small kitchen with kettle and tea. Beds were pretty comfortable. The staff is very polite and helping.

We couldn't close the room door with the cards given at contactless check in at the entrance. The hotel staff came rather quickly to fix the issue for the night and it was completely fixed the following morning. Breakfast is buffet-like, but not spectacular - it however fits the lower price point.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Aappart Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist provided me with a very clean and tidy room. The room was quiet and had a wonderful view of the city skyline from the balcony. Hotel is placed in the heart of Bielefeld. It was a great value for money. If I ever visit Düsseldorf again, I would choose the Aappart Hotel without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

It's a very clean place, the location is close to everything you might need, and our little apartment had everything: a kitchen equipped with the basics, a huge, comfortable bed and a table with a chair. Lovely little bathroom. The elevators are a bit weird, you still have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. The decorations are cute and the little encounter I had with the staff was friendly. Easy check-in and check-out in several languages.

Even though they tell you you can call them 24/7 in an emergency, I tried to call them several times around 8pm, because I had a problem with the check-in. Nobody picked up the phone nor called me back. Luckily I could solve the issue, but in a real emergency I guess nobody would answer...

Clean and comfortable, close to the U Bahn and bus. Short walk from the Hbf. Very cute room with kitchenette and utensils. Very easy to use the outside box to get the key. Large room with chairs, a desk area and digital safe. The guy at Reception, the one with the blondish beard, was SUPER NICE and friendly. Spoke perfect English and was very helpful.

My first floor room, 102 was loud due to the traffic outside and hot because it faced the sun. I was told later that I could have requested a fan. Next time.

Super convenient and the automatic check in actually works super nicely. The room was spot clean and very comfortable. Location is great -just by the bus and metro stops and very short walk from old town, where one can find food and services

The room was very spacious with nice amenities (some of which I did not really use, but it was nice that they were available). It was also comfortable and suitable for my prolonged (1 week) stay.

The location is central and convenient, but unfortunately the area can be really loud at night. In the summer heat, it is not nice to be unable to open the window because of the noise.

When I was in Bielefeld on business, I was particularly impressed by the spacious desk and fast Wi-Fi. Combined with the kitchenette, it was like having a small apartment—perfect for working undisturbed and cooking something in the evening.

The hotel has an exceptional location, and the breakfast offered was of excellent quality. Additionally, the small kitchen we had at our disposal was a highly appreciated addition.

Checking in at the hotel was cumbersome as the payment process was complicated, and the payment machine kept asking for additional money. Moreover, there was a strong smell of smoke in the lobby. The street outside was extremely noisy, but it was manageable if you closed the window.

The self-check-in at the machine worked perfectly. I arrived late in the evening and was glad that I could get into my room regardless of reception hours. This is a big advantage when you're traveling spontaneously or late.

Although much of the process is automated, the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Communication in German and English was easy, and you never felt like you were left alone with your concerns.
