I liked how clean the apartment was. Everything in the flat was well placed and convenient.

I didn't like that there was not a great deal of coffee and tea. We stayed for 3 nights and it would have been nice to have more than 1 cup of coffee each. We noticed a few broken items around the flat and wondered why they hadnt been sorted. The microwave wasnt able to be used because there was an error showing on the display. The stopper on the wall where the front door touches was broken and a small part of the skirting board was also not fixed to the wall and would fall over. I think a little bit of care and attention should be taken to smarten up the apartment. The photos did not reflect the apartment we stayed in and one of the bedside stools had an iron burn in it.

Amazing experience! The property is very clean, situated in the center of Bielefeld (very close to Jahnplatz, Hauptbahnhof and Siegfriedplatz) and therefore, so quiet. Lidl is just 100m away. There is also a Tedi which is very near. Under the Boarding House there is also a burger place which is delicious and open everyday including Sunday. My host Dilan, and her lovely family were very kind, helpful and generous during my stay. Dilan even accompanied me to a meeting with the landlord of an apartment (which is my actual residence now) as I struggled with German as a beginner. Thanks to her amazing generosity, I succeeded to rent a very beautiful apartment in a very short time. Many thanks to Dilan, her lovely sisters and all her family! Never hesitate to choose Boardinghouse City Home Bielefeld!!

Everything was perfect.

The staff was wonderful (friendly and helpful), the facilities were great (comfortable, clean, everything that one might need was provided), the location was also great (near public transport, city centre). We arrived late at night and the unexpected added bonus was the restaurant in the hotel that was open until late and had an outdoor sitting area. The staff in the restaurant were also super friendly :) We also very much enjoyed the little sitting area at the back of the hotel. At nights it was sometimes a bit warm, but it was due to the (very) hot weather.

All was great! We were sad to leave.

I have been here for over a month for work. I must say that the hotel is new, renovated, clean, and technologically advanced. The cleaning ladies are very nice and more than happy to accommodate requests. On the other hand, Dilan and Ebru, the ladies at the reception, go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. This is truly Boardinghouse City Home, because I felt at home!

The apartment was very clean and modern and had very comfortable beds. The little kitchen was also equipped with all the basics and very nice. Overall a great place to stay and train station and city center were all in walking distance.

The room was too hot in the summer. As it was facing south, the sun was burning on the windows all day and we couldn't leave the windows open during the night as it is right next to a street and it was too loud. An air condition would really be important in this apartment.

The apartment is spacious and fournished, check in was easy, everything very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, furniture is new and nice.

it can get a bit hot in summer, and when opening the windows noise from the cars get in. The area is good if you need to take the train, otherwise a bit suburban

Almost everything was perfect. The size of the room was big enough, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, it had a lot of space for clothes and an iron, everything was spotless. It looked really nice and we enjoyed the location, right across a Lidl. At first we were not very happy, as it had no breakfast option, but we really didn't need it. We had a fridge and the Lidl close, so we had a better breakfast than we could have had at a hotel. I highly recommend this place. It is also at walking distance from the city center.

The hot water sometimes got cold and then hot again in the shower, it was a bit annoying.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and very close to the city centre so easy walking distance to everything.

the only thing was the drain in the shower must have been blocked so it didn't drain very well but that would be easily sorted

Great apartment for two people in central Bielefeld. Well equipped with free supply of coffee capsules - nice touch! Friendly staff. Cleaning available on demand. Overall, good value for money.

Extra payment for parking required. Located at a very noisy road means that windows have to stay shut at night.

Great shower with rainfall, large comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and coffee express to start the day. Fast internet for home office. I am grateful to the staff for their understanding and flexibility.

The pillow might be bigger, the rest was excellent
