Excellent cleanliness and very kind staff. The receptionist even helped me to repair a gift that was messed up during transport. They made it as easy as possible with checkin, etc. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was also very good, and they were able to accommodate gluten free.

Pretty warm in the room, but there was a cooler. Silly us did not take the time to figure out how to turn it on/up.

Non-working EV charger. Please, please please fix it and add few more. There will be more and more EV drivers and they're always happy if they can charge the car at the hotel car park. I'm happy to pay for charging, but it has to work.

Location for me was perfect The staff were very friendly and engaging. The room I had was excellent clean spacious had everything you could wish for. I only use the stairs not the lift my first impressions was It looks okay but not perfect. When I entered my room I was blown away with a high standard.

Finding it difficult it is just the stairs to the rooms.

Excellent location for stopover on way to Berlin form UK. Excellent breakfast choices. Free parking. Dogs welcomed. Loved having tea / coffee making facilities in room. Lovely touch that our dog travelling with us had a blanket, food mat,bowls waiting for her in the room. Excellent Greek restaurant a couple of minutes walk around corner on main road which is great to get an evening meal.

Room was facing road so a little noisy if you need windows open at night (it was start of heatwave in Europe) and don’t want noise of aircon at night.

Very good location (close to the A2) Spacious room, with small sitting area and comfy bed. Friendly staff, with online check-in provided. On-site parking, and pet-friendly

Room could have been more quiet (single glass, loudy metal doors in the corridor). Small bathroom, but it did have all the basics.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, EV charger (one charger only, about 3Kw max), late check-in, dog friendly, good access from A2 motorway. Friendly staff.

Pillows could be more comfortable, no tea in the room on arrival (and reception was already closed).

Rooms were clean. Hotel is quiet, situated near S-Bahn station.

Room was a bit cold. Although there is AC available also for heating, only cold air was blowing despite being the AC set to maximum temperature.

Overall very nice to stay, it was just a hop off for me, but its a great place for many to stay for longer too. they had BBQ nights !! Very clean , service was open till 11:30 reception. Full time good service. car parking free onsite

Nice and quiet, slept for 13 hours even with a not so soft mattress

Smaller than I expected but ok for the price. Mattress firmer than any other hotel I’ve stayed so far

Could not have access to the WiFi when we arrived at night, loud cleaning staff in the morning before 10 am. Room 406 bathroom, check left up corner.
