We stayed for two nights in this hotel, and it was just excellent! There is a garage under the hotel. The parking costs are 199 euro per night. The hotel is situated at the opposite of the train station. In the rooms you don’t hear the noise of the trains only when you open the window. Check in is from 15.00 but luckily, we could check in a bit earlier. The room is big, and the bed is great! There is a safe and a fridge. Everything is clean. You can use the shower standing in a bath. The power of the shower is terrific. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 6.30 till 10.30, Saturdays from 6.30 till 11.00 and Sundays from 7.00 till 12.00!! And this breakfast is just amazing!!!! I think the best one I ever had. And to be honest….I have visited quite some hotels. Distance to the city center is some minutes. Walking to the fort Sparrenburg is ca. 15 minutes. Bielefeld surprised us. Just a nice city with super friendly people!

Breakfast was really nice, with many options to choose from, although it was a bit pricey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made my stay really comfortable and I felt very well taken care of. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel has its own small underground parking, which is nice, but the way to get down to it is a bit steep.

Very friendly helpful receptionist (male). Large comfortable room with two beds as requested. Nice sized bathroom with easy to use shower and soad/shampoo holders. Good and friendly cleaning staff. The fact that when we asked to move we were given 2 options.

We changed our first room as the view at the back of the hotel was not good. The breakfast was expensive at Euros 25 each so we did not have it. If you had a shower it took time for the steam to clear. Thought the bar area had little atmosphere.

All according to expectations. Efficient check in, check out. decent room, good location. Good stay for a business trip, nothing too fancy. Good price.

Staff offered dinner till 10pm but when entering the restaurant at 9:50pm all lights were off, the kitchen was cleaned and when eventually finding the kitchen staff i was first told "it's late" and then offered a "pasta or curry" for dinner. Both acceptable choices, but clearly not a full menu and a full kitchen till 10pm. Also a fully cleaned kitchen with all lights shut off in the dining area doesn't give you an inviting impression.

Everything was beyond our expectations, from the moment we stepped in for the check-in to the moment we checked out. The size of the room, amenities, location, professional personnel, cleanliness, room temperature, quietness, excellent beds, beautiful bathroom, to the absolutely fabulous best breakfast you can think of. A-mazing experience, thank you so much. The team and management of this hotel really know what they are doing, congrats and thanks!

Very clean, rooms are quite exceptional with a warm “living room vibe” very comfy & high quality bathrooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Have to travel multiple times a month and It’s by far my favourite place to stay in Bielefeld. The only thing I don’t like are the doors to the rooms, they are quite thin and you can hear any hallway noise but aside from that, it’s a perfect place to stay for me.

This was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was very spacious with facilities to make hot drinks, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very nice & helpful, everwhere was clean, the breakfast had a vast choice of options.

The surrounding area was rather scruffy with many homeless people and beggars. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned despite being out until 3pm (I think they were just about to clean but we needed a rest).

The room was nice and quiet. I could turn on the minibar myself to cool a drink that I had with me. Bed was good and so was the bathroom. The staff at the reception and in the bar-restaurant area was very friendly. Thank you.

Dinner was okay, but nothing special. For that price, I expected more. Breakfast was fine but the atrium/restaurant was very crowded. After a while some tables came available and the staff came quickly to clean them. The light in this breakfast area is horrible: It felt like I was waiting to be interrogated. Cold, distant. This area could definitely use some "female" touch in which the atmosphere is more friendly and welcoming.

I have stayed here before in past years, and it was my preferred choice this time around again. The hotel maintains its very high standards. Very conviniently and centrally located, one can quickly jump onto any type of transport. I had an upgrade to a superior room which was very comfortable, spacious and quiet indeed. Wonderful selection of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet. The chef was very happy to have a friendly chat with guests and answer questions which was very nice.

Fabulous to have a kettle in the room and water - please could black tea be added to the choice of herbal teas (which were nice) and coffee/decaff. The window gives plenty of light during the day but in the night it would have been nice to have a brighter lamp at the work desk.

clean modern room -- good firm beds -- quiet hotel not noisy -- friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is comprehensive not cheap there is plenty of everything they also have some organic stuff. -- dinner at hotel was good -- General hotel areas are tidy and clean -- there was always someone at the front desk to help you.

parking is unnecessarily expensive in the hotel. in the car-parking "stadhalle" which is directly behind the hotel a day parking is 10 euros in the hotel it is 17 euros.... why? the hotel location is across from the train and bus station .... lots of hobos and everything else you come across in this kind of location. many immigrants how seem to live nearby it's not dangerous but it gives an unsettled feeling....if you know what I mean. if you dont know what is mean let me say it a bit differently; you wouldn't think you were in Germany..... the police station is next to all of that keeps it in check I guess.
