Location to the spa baths were in walking distance shops a 20 min walk . Beautiful old building room good size and Modern nice pool & sauna area. Excellent bfast with lots of choices and always refilled . Good selection of cold beers soft drinks etc at reception to buy 24/7 Secure underground parking for our motorcycle was a bonus .

Restaurant on site which was small & told no room to eat or drink when we went there . We were not told at check in of booking needed to eat there . The bar area and other restaurant was closed all the time we were there even though there were plenty of people around on a weekend. We did find the tennis court cafe/ bar in walking distance 5mins and managed to eat there . Friendly welcome good cheap cold beers and the best burger even vegetarian options.

I liked the breakfast

the room does not match the description, dust everywhere and mold in the shower, we were given the last room on the corridor, it was very noisy, the staff constantly went out to smoke and made noise with the door. early in the morning we were woken up by noise from the street, terrible. very cold water in the pool, for a cold pool and sauna it is expensive. The food in the restaurant is expensive, the drinks too. I got injured and asked for a band-aid, but there wasn't one, there simply wasn't a basic first aid kit

The location is great for us when we need to cross Germany and reach from Netherlands to Italy. The hotel desk is open until late and they have the private parking that cost us 12 euros. The breakfast was quite reach and we could choose good options.

there was some loud discussions at the front desk late in the night but luckily they were not heard from the room so this did not affect our sleep. Would be nice to have the parking for free because there were a lot of places and the parking is not actually closed.

This hotel can offer a full experience for relax or also for sport activities. It is not directly in the town so that makes it absolutely calm. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant/cafe are absolutely welcoming and help you with any question. A big bonus here. Then really our experience in the pool and spa with just few other visitors was very relaxing. We also had the opportunity to use the sauna so had a delightful end of the day. The kids also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The room itself was on 2 stores so this allows a bit more of privacy for a group and is very modern furbished and decorated. We found all of it very comfortable. On the next day the breakfast was also very rewarding and plenty of different options are offered: from vegan milk to pancakes or French cheese. We were playing voleyball afterwards on the court, which is again also super calm and away from every traffic noise. We could get a ball for that from the reception team. So in summary this is an absolute gem and I can only recommend. It completely exceeded our expectations!

The price for a water bottle was quite high (7 €) but still what you can expect for such a good hotel. It is not directly in a town so this makes it a bit harder for dining out, but at the same time makes it super calm.

This was a one night stop-over for our family of 4 from Austria to Belgium. In this sense, the location was perfect because it is about halfway. The room was clean and functional and met all our expectations. The kids took a dip in the swimming pool in the evening. The next morning, we had breakfast which was simply excellent!

We missed a cup of coffee in the room.

The hotel is in a very calm area, very nice for a good sleep. The room has very comfortable bed, pillows, good wifi. The breakfast is also very rich and has a lot of options. Parking is also available for an extra price, but it is fine.

There was a good selection of cold beverages in the lobby, which was good as there was no bar fridge in the room. It is within walking distance of a Thermal Bath, which was the reason we came to this hotel after driving quite a distance during the day. It had a good elevator, and parking was easy underground, or in the above ground lot.

the extra charges; - €12,50 for parking - €15,00 for the dog - €6,00 for the spa it would be better to make an ‘all inclusive’ offer so guests know upfront what they have to pay

Breakfast

It was very hot but no air-conditioning in room . We have arrived just before 9 pm and we went to restaurant just after 9 but they said the restaurant serve food just until 9 pm . That means Exact 9 pm not 1 min later.. welcome to Germany. It was difficult to find somewhere to have dinner..

The room design was so unique and quirky. The space in the room was amazing for a family room. Breakfast was great also, plenty of choice.

The food in the evening from the restaurant was very expensive, very small options and tasted awful.
