I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights following a planned knee surgery, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all members of the staff for their exceptional support and kindness throughout my stay. The professionalism and attentiveness of both the reception and breakfast teams were truly appreciated and made my recovery period much more comfortable. I can fully recommend this hotel and sincerely hope that the management continues to uphold such a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Without hesitation, your hotel will remain my preferred choice for future visits.

It’s genuinely a great hotel. Wonderfully comfortable beds, a well-darkened room, air conditioning and modern bathroom facilities.

The system tracking available parking spots in the garage wasn’t working properly. The computer controlling the barrier assumed the garage was full, even though there were plenty of empty spaces. As a result, the gate only opened after a 20-minute wait. The hotel is located in a particularly charming city center. In summer, there are quite a few quirky characters wandering around. Of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault (and perhaps the quirky characters would prefer things differently too), but it does mean that taking a pleasant evening stroll through the center in the dark isn’t exactly inviting

New building. Apostel is the parking house under the hotel. leads directly to the Hotel. Nice personel. Clean rooms and in perfect shape. Good breakfast with runny eggs and Bircher Müsli. Also fresh cut fruits. Lovely!! The staff also made sure that everything on the buffet was refilled.

No special tarriff on Apostel parking house for guests of the hotel. Hotel is in a pedestrian zone and it was difficult to find the right parking house. A message from the property on parkings would be helpful. No bacon next to the omlette.

A functional hotel. VERY predictable, clean and cozy. A perfect place to service you with an inexpensive stop on your way. Not more, but it is doing its job very efficiently.

My impression is that the staff is not functioning as it should. The reception was really robotic (done by a human) and keeping breakfast supply available was done only after addressing the manager.

-Location is good - The staffs are amazing. I was really happy when I saw a birthday card in my room just by chatting with one of the kitchen staffs at breakfast and then got to my room to see the surprise. Thank you so much. This is the second time I’ll stay there and it’s always lovely.

Easy access by car, very clear and friendly staff. Signs for routing were very obvious and clear. Rooms felt spacious, were very clean. Beds slept very good. Not to hard not to soft.

Got awaken by a neighbor’s room alarm clock 07 in the morning which this person put on extremely loud. Even though the rooms are pretty solid silenced. Nothing the hotel can do about it, and wont affect my judgement. Just unlucky i geuss.

I liked the location, the room was very spacious and clean, the breakfast was very good. The bed and bedding were great, I liked that it was warm in the room

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have parking at the hotel but I saw parking somewhere 250 m from the hotel. I didn't like the coffee at breakfast, they offer horrible coffee.

Very nice hotel. All the Holiday Inn Express locations in Germany we have stayed at this year and last year during Uefa Euro 2024 tournament were very good too.

Providing directions to the car park would be a useful addition for visitors given all the local pedestrian only areas.

It was very close to our event that we attended. The Marklin Expo. Was able to get around easily. With the help of the shuttle. And train station close by. Thank you. 😊

Location is very nice - very central. Breakfast very good. Good Wifi - well over the average comparing other hotels. Price very reasonable, even during Stuttgart Trade Fairs.

Partially issue with parking, but there is a possibility to park on the street.
