The Location and the stunning view of the hotel. Swimming pool and the sauna and the uphill view from the restaurants when taking breakfast, but you should sit near to the window if you want to capture the nice view. But I think with the sitting arrangement for the guests of the hotel has been organised in advance so you can't just sit randomly.

A room improvement for the service of restaurant! The rest every thing is fine. Will definitely come back!

The location, the swimming pool and the sauna and the view of the hotel were absolutely amazing. As others have mentioned the staff at checkin were also very nice and helpful. Sheets and towels were also very clean. Lots of great hikes around and nothing better than going to the swimming pool and sauna after a long hike.

The restaurant was really disappointing. As others have mentioned, the service is just horrible. You have to go after the waitresses who are simply standing there just to get a menu and again find someone to take your order. Then the food came, and one Schnitzel was completely burned on one side, even the other waitress who saw it was surprised this was served to us. The other schnitzel had a watered down Jager sauce with it (never seen a Jager sauce like this) For the price they charge (25 euros per schnitzel) they could at least get one of the most simple dishes right and be more attentive to their customers. The walls are also thin as some have mentioned but that didn’t bother us since most people go to bed early.

excellest service, attentive and super friendly. Home-baked cheesecake was above any expectations! beautiful scenary from the restaurant and the room. Rather big parking, but sometimes its is hard to manoever with big cars. Hiking trail is very well explained and you get all support from the hotel to enjoy and relax. Sauna and swimmingpool area are warm and pleasant, everything looks clean and well taken care of. i recommend!

a bit difficult to navigate on the parking when its almost full and you have a big car. but with a bit of patience - its possible :)

Amazing room- a suite that included a living area opening onto a balcony. Stunning full picture window of the hills. Comfortable mattress (that you can flip to adjust firmness). Lovely in-room amenities (bathrobes, slippers, beverages, bath0 and a really well designed room (easy to have a spot for everything that made sense and was functional). Amazing location- I went for a run in the Grun Holle (Green Hell) rock formation in the morning. Great spa amenities (regular sauna, infared sauna, indoor pool). Restaurant on site. Friendly staff who were efficient and got their jobs done. I would recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast had plenty of choices for me and they even made me a soft boiled egg on demand. I had almost no issues here!

I forgot to tell the desk, but the safe in my room was locked so I couldnt use it (wasn't too concerned since the area is very safe). I wish I could have stayed longer. Accessibility into the hotel may be harder for those with physical limitations (but elevators are available inside)

Location and view from the room are amazing. Great starting point for many hiking trails around. Also for quiet and relaxing break from life. Tasty breakfast and diner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Would be great to have a water cooker, coffee machine and some cups in the room. Menu and info in the room should be as well in english, not only German. Staff doesn't know well English or not at all, so have your Google translator on hand. Basically the hotel should be more adjusted to non German speakers.

The swimming pool is very pleasant and we enjoyed a dinner in the evening at the hotel's restaurant! The mister at the reception recommended the walk "Bollendorfer Grüne Hölle". It was fantastic! We found it more beautiful than Teufelsschlucht.

The hotel is located in an amazing location, with a beautiful view, up the hill. I have decided to chose this location in order to relax after some work related assignments in Luxembourg and if I happen to be in the neighbourhood again, I will certainly go back. I have made use of the pool as well, which was super relaxing. Excellent, lovely service in an amazingly remote (but not far) location.

The view from the aparthotel is stunning. The size of it (2 actually separate bedrooms, bathroom, extra separate toilet, living, dining, breakfast areas, kitchen and terrace! You get access to the pool, which the children really enjoyed. The restaurant had delicious food (loved the wild mushroom soup ad starters) and the service was great!

For an apartment for 5 people, I would expect more kitchenware like wooden spoons, newer pans, heatproof mats, etc) as well as a 5th chair in the dining and kitchen areas (but you can just move one chair around).

Staff were super-friendly, beautiful area, excellent hiking routes

We have a room with glass door to bathroom , we were 3 friends in one room , so we needed to use common toilet of the spa sometimes
