- Nice, large, cool room with balcony. - Tv was fine with a good international selection. - Water heater was fine. - Glasses. - Small refrigerator. - Loads of space to put your belongings. - Great view. - Good indoor pool available to use when you please (between 7am - 7pm). Has some buttons to activate various things (for example a kind of shower). - Free public transport close by. - Free parking right next to the hotel.

- Bathroom light works on a sensor and a fairly short timer. Frequently goes out while you're showering or on the toilet. - Glass bathroom door allows the bathroom light to illuminate the whole room at night. - Fairly small safe - Pool only has one set of stairs in and out. Bubble bath didn't work. - The room has seem quite some use and needs to be refurbished (The floor shows damage from moving the bed, the curtains were loose, a bit of paint here and there, the outside table wasn't in a great shape. A few small things that do add up)

I recommend this hotel due friendly atmosphere, tasty buffet style of breakfast with so much variations. Room was clean, beds was comfortable and from balcony directly view to the mountains and castle Vianden. Swimming pool with view to the castle, gym and sauna gratis give nice relax moments during the stay. We enjoyed also the dinner. Location is also what I liked- in the center and still not too noisy, Make a few steps and you can take nice walk along the river and even not 1 Km to the caste Vianden. We enjoyed our stay at all.

I could appreciate nice relaxing music in the swimming pool area, in the area where was breakfast served.

From check in to check out, Management and staff were helpful and we had some great banter. Room was large with plenty of storage with a view of the Castle. Food was superb and particularly great as I am Coeliac and nothing was a problem. As long as they are aware, they will take great care and I had no problems at all. A very professional team and we will definitely stay again. The hotel is in a great location and very well organised.

Good location in Vianden. Motorbike friendly with free secure underground car park. Good size room with comfy bed. Had great view of the castle from our room. Bathroom was fine and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and had a good meal. Friendly staff. Very helpful guy on reception who gave me a tube of super glue to fix my bike boots when the soles were coming off!

No real negatives. Prices in restaurant on a par with most hotels and a tad on the expensive side!

The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. With a view to the Castle. The location was also superb, as one can walk to the castle, along the River Our and nearby sights. Massages and Spa offerings can be booked on sight as well.

As with many other Hotels as well, the pricing for Breakfast doesn't reflect the quality or quantity an individual eats. Once the hotel was booked more fully, walking noise and other sounds of the neighbouring room became a bit of a nuisance.

We stayed 2 nights on a motorcycle trip through Luxembourg and Germany. Underground parking for the bike was safe and secure, really nice pool and wonderful town to visit. Plenty of bars and restaurants although we ate in the hotel which had a good selection on the menu and well priced. Well worth staying and would recommend.

The room was big enough and comfortable. We slept very well, even though there is a road just next to the hotel, luckily it is not too busy. The hotel provides a lot of extra services and the town is charming. The breakfast in the restaurant was well prepared and contained everything a person could wish for. The staff was welcoming and professional.

Loved my stay here, tough only 1 night everything was perfect. Pool was lovely and the brekfast was plentiful with lots of options to choose from, my room was very modern, looked like it was recently renovated. Friendly staff and they let me check out an hour and a half later for no extra cost, and on top they were also able to store my luggage for several more hours while I visited Vianden Castle.

Good room for a decent price. Comfortable beds, a nice hot shower and plenty of space (standard room). Staff was friendly and helpful, just how you'd expect it. Bonus: Plenty of parking space + free indoor garage for motorcycles

Fella on the front desk I feel should not be customer facing. Not overly friendly through the three nights spent there. Reminded me of Basil Fawlty... I stopped saying good evening to him in the end as all he did was grunt!
