Great hotel, we stayed here for a week from the end of December 2024 to the beginning of January 2025. Rooms are spacious and clean, the dog was also very welcome. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic, delicious dishes and attractively priced. Our waiter Walid ensured that we had everything we needed every time. We will happily return again in May this year.

The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and our server was sweet, and although she didn’t speak any English we were able to communicate with our little bit of German. The conveniently located play ground, next to parking area, was greatly enjoyed by our children.

Upon our later arrival, the night staff gentleman, who ultimately checked us in, was rather rude, telling us we didn’t have a reservation and that he didn’t speak English. But he changed his attitude and was apologetic, speaking English, after checking his phone to discover our reservation made on Booking.com. Although we had eaten before our arrival, there was not any place to eat or get a snack, or even get a beer after 9 pm.

Use of a separate key to return at leisure later in evening. Windows open wide in hot weather . Spacious room Cafe next door with variety of hot food - kebab etc

My mums room did not have ground floor access for her wheelchair partner despite request .

good position . Friendly accommodating staff. very comfortable bed . Good breakfast. Secure parking for our motorcycle.

Room was a triple at no extra cost so was spacious, it was a little spartan - no lamp on one side of the bed. Only had one curtain at each of the windows which didn’t pull right across - if there had been a decent good quality pair of curtains at the windows it would have enhanced the room tremendously , made it feel more comfortable and would have enhanced the privacy.

Truly outstanding Hotel facilities location and very friendly staff. The single room was very comfortable clean, cool and spotless (not sure about the great colour for the bathroom suite 😁)

It would be difficult to say what I did not like but I suspect for some a lift would be good but the stairs are wide and easy.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, in excellent condition and with really comfy beds. Staff very helpful, particularly the lady who does the breakfast (which is very good) Good food and drink available and another small bar and restaurant next door providing more options.

Great location for hiking the Jakobsweg and visiting Südeifel. Excellent selection and quality for breakfast. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with any issue. We would stay here again.

Room furniture was limited but was enough for what we needed for an overnight stay.

No AC so a bit warm during the night in the room under the roof but totally acceptable

Really nice and clean. Walid was an amazing host. Great bar and atmosphere with very good beer. Will definitely come again. Easy parking and great breakfast also.
