The small suite was perfect: a bedroom with an excellent king-size bed, a living room and small kitchen with all necessary amenities - 2 TV sets, one for each room. Breakfast was very good - a large buffet with everything one could wish for. The hotel is located just opposite of the central railway station - if you want move around by public transport this is the place where most bus, trolley and train lines pass through - e.g., you can catch the direct bus to Worpswede, the artists' colony.

We knew that the area at the railway station is busy and loud. You have to close the window at night.

Location - opposite the main railway station and easy walking distance to main square; breakfast - so much to choose from, it did get a bit busy one morning and items were not replenished quick enough, bacon not served every morning; room - large suite that is two rooms, bathroom and kitchenette; bicycle parking available in the car park; staff were very helpful

People allowed to smoke right at the main entrance to the hotel; aircon in the suite - the outlet is in the living area, not the bedroom so the bedroom becomes quite warm; the area surrounding the hotel is not the most salubrious, but that is out of the control of the hotel, I would stay again though.

A great hotel at the center of Bremen. You can walk anywhere from here or you can take the train. A lot of stores and a lot of restaurants. Easy to get hold of breakfast if you don't have It at the hotel. unfortunately our air conditioning did not work ok, so it was hot. BUT the hotel compensated us with that and the staff at the hotel was great. So nice and so willing to help. The rooms was otherwise great! great with room for storing package, a fridge, plates and cutlery. Great beds. We loved it here and really like to come back!

The air conditioning did not work, but we got compensated! so all good!! If the hotel had a spare room, we had change the room, but they were fully booked. So they (the staff) really tried to help us.. The parking could have been better, our car did not fit in the elevator to the garage. But we could park in a public garage a few minutes from the hotel. So we unloaded our bags on the backside of the hotel and then we parked in the public garage. And it's just not the end of the world. we did not got bothered by this.

We are a clinically vulnerable couple, so continue to wear respirators and take other precautions in a world that is in a state of denial about a continuing pandemic, so do not expect hotels to take proactive measures to protect their customers, however we were impressed by staff willingness to respect and accommodate our own precautions - staff were unfailingly helpful and respectful. The location was good with easy, walkable, access to the centre of Bremen and to public transport. There was a very good range of restaurants around the hotel, many of which could provide delivery or package meals to take away, which was useful in a hotel that doesn;t provide evening meals. The breakfast buffet was very good - once we had worked out where the plates were hidden. The room was excellent and the kitchenette was very useful…

…but the decor was rather oppressive - the black walls and grey-black floor sucked light from the room and, in our view, there was insufficient lighting. The parking was good in terms of security - as far as we could tell - but awkward to access. We had thought we'd be able to park and then check in, but in fact you have to check in first and the hotel entrance is not easily accessible by car. Access to the car park is via a car-lift, which we had not appreciated when we started to follow another car in and it was only with the help of passers-by that we avoided the jalousie door closing onto our car.

The hotel was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location - across the square from the railway station and tram stops so amazing public transport. Very handy for Tram 6 for going to the airport.

Nothing wrong at all with the hotel. Yes, there are people who loiter around the train station who might seem a tad dodgy (drunk or under the influence of something stronger maybe) but they do leave you alone generally and there is a high security presence there so you wouldn't feel unsafe at all.

The hotel is ideally located at the central station, perfect for exploration! Just a short walk away is the charming old town with its rich history. You'll find plenty of delightful restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the street. The spacious room is spotlessly clean, featuring a fantastic shower and a super cozy bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure! The small kitchenette is very useful and handy.

The hotel's parking facilities are limited and can be pretty expensive. However, the hotel staff recommend a more affordable option: a large parking lot behind the train station charges €8 per day. This parking lot is just a short walk through the train station, making it a convenient alternative for guests.

Breakfast was very good - plenty of choices, lots of space in a luminous and airy room, fresh food. Room was big, modern, quiet. Personnel was helpful and friendly.

Not the hotel's fault, but the location was not the best: it's in front of the train station, which is a beautiful building, but as all central train stations in big cities it attracts a crowd of "weird" individuals. Let's say we did not felt safe outside of the building, particularly at night. Parking is expensive and quite difficult (car elevator)

If you arrived at Bremen HBF at night (with ICE usually), then this is the great hotel for you. Just cross street and you are in bed in no time. The location is just across the street from Bremen HBF and the neighborhood is very active day and night. You might hear sounds during night if you open the window. It is perfectly silent if you close the window. Because it is positioned near HBF, you can go anywhere easily. You can also walk to the city center and might pass some interesting sights. There are plenty of food stall both around the hotel on in the station. You won't have problem with getting any food. The room has a separated room for sleeping, living, and kitchen. Please note that Bremen is a very active and multicultural city. As long as I stayed there in the hotel, everything is just fine. Some drunk people, some young people playing music out loud, but they mind their own business. Please be aware if you are sensitive to this.

The only problem that I have is the toilet seat that is too high for me and my family. I'm 173cm high and I have to tip toe, my wife is 169cm and to make it comfortable, she used her high heels to do the toilet routine. Is totally wrong design.

The breakfast was very good and overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms were also very quiet and I was able to have a good night of sleep. The room had AC and it was a nice temperature while the weather was unusually hot in Bremen for the time of the year I visited.

The hotel is in front of the station and the area didn't feel very safe. On the day of my arrival, I spoke with a staff member who was pretty rude and not at all helpful. She was confused with the system and I saw her argue with another customer about a tax charge. Luckily, another staff member came to help her and was incredibly helpful and kind. Every other staff member I spoke with was helpful and was able to provide information about breakfast and my booking.

room quite spacious, bathroom too; well equipped, with a corner kitchen and fridge; large beds; large windows, which could be open; breakfast with a lot of choices, very good croissants, fresh produce. Plenty of parking space, on the road side, available, for cheap.

we were 4 but only 3 sets of towels and bed linen were available, reception immediately sent room service to fix the issue; position is just in front of the station - and walking distance from supermarkets and city center - which is super convenient but not the most clean area of the city.
