Stuffs are extremely good. The breakfast was too good. Room was well equipped and decorated. They always took care off cleanliness. Nice location with forest environment. Mainz is easily reachable by bus and the bus stop is just few meters away. Everything is same as in the photo.

No coffee machine or electric kettle facility in the room. Have to come ground floor to have coffee or tea. I suggest them to think about providing a coffee machine or electric kettle in the room.

Room was spacious and confortable with a balcony, breakfast was very good with attentive staff

The lack of accessibility for disabled guests, in particular in the bathrooms. When asked at reception for a accessible bathroom were told that the hotel does not encourage taking bookings from disabled people and therefore has no facilities to accommodate disabilities, not even a small stool to place in a bath or a shower. As a result my wife who is an amputee ad an accident and slipped getting in and out of the bath.

The location to the airport is good - about 40 minutes but that depends on the traffic. We enjoyed the breakfast. No A/C but a fan was in the room. The room remained quite warm while the outside was cool. comfortable bed and good shower.

Nice, comfortable room with a good shower and balcony. There’s a reasonably priced restaurant on site for an evening meal and separate room for breakfast, which was ok. Parking is free in the huge car park and check in was simple. Very peaceful at night.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was large in size, with its own sitting area. Had a very large balcony looking onto the forest. A large modern bathroom with all the necessary facilities, but most impressive of all was the serenity, all you could hear were birds singing in the forest. With the main road so close by you didn't hear the traffic. Breakfast buffet was very good, had a large variety and was continually stocked, no shortages of anything.

The only negative if you could call it that was no restaurant on the premises, they had a beer garden with a limited menu but that was only open 3 or 4 days a week. Luckily just across the road is an excellent Italian restaurant/Pizzeria with a vast menu, not just pizzas and pastas. Quality of the food was exceptional and all the dishes were very reasonably priced.

it had everything we needed and was clean. although there were no facilities in our room they were very happy for us to us the kitchen to heat our meals and make a tea. Gabby the receptionist was super lovely and welcoming. the hotel offers a yummy breakfast too

Location is nice, altho we just used it as a pas through to Switzerland, it was perfect for this.

The room itself was not bad, the bathroom could use some attention tho for example the ventilation shaft didnt had any cover.

Excellent service, great staff, we were late so our key was at receptiin and we can durectly go to our room. Hotel is in great surroondings and it is really easy to get there. We was coming from main train station and bus lines no 80 and 68 went directly to the hotel. Very romantic place. We also like cada in bathroom which is not usually in hotels.

Good hotel for a pit-stop for 1 night when you visit the south of Germany or further. Nothing speacial but overall good beds and breakfast. Location near the forrest is more in the name. Is just at the outskirts of Mainz. (15 min drive to the city centre)

Coffee was terrible during the breakfast (not the best coffeemachine/beans).
