I was greeted by Ranko at reception, after I'd arrived around 11pm due to a very long day of driving (traffic, motorway closures, you name it, it delayed me), and he rescued my day. He was such a delight, bent over backwards to help me by helping bring my luggage from the car, guided me through the app-based access to building and room, and made a big fuss of my dog who loved the attention and got him a bowl of water. He was so friendly and welcoming I could have cried, he made my day. The room had everything I needed and I slept like a baby. It was a grear area if you are travelling with a dog as there fields to walk around and it about a 10-minute drive from a dog park too. I was picking my parents up from Frankfurt airport the next day and it 20 mins away by car without having to deal with inner city traffic, really ideal!

They booked out for when I was making my return trip! I'd have gladly stayed there again.

The area around the hotel is very green and quiet. The hotel looks new and freshly renovated. You can order a breakfast that costs €15. Free parking is provided for guests. There is a free coffee and water machine in the lobby that you can use. Beds were very comfortable. Toilets and bathrooms were clean.

The central air condition didn’t work so the management provided a temporary solution as a portable air-conditioning unit which they put in my room which helped during hot days. The parking was sometimes full when you come at late night hours, so you have to park in the adjacent field, which is a little uncomfortable, but not a big problem for me. The room service is sort of unpredictable and you have to ask for it when you need it.

The facility is new, modern, and fully equipped. The free coffee in the lobby is very nice! The place is especially welcome by guests of FAIR/GSI. It is much more comfortable than the GSI Guesthouse and still is in walking distance, in contrast to hotels in Arheilgen.

In the morning, around 10:00, I left the room to take a coffee and afterward, I could not enter my room as the code expired. The personnel was nice and helpful, they let me in, but the coffee was already cold :-( The fact that the entry code expires and has to be renewed every day is not a good solution!

Really awesome hotel, very modern and clean. The host was very friendly and assisted with the check in and explained how I could open the main door with the app. The room was relatively big and equipped with everything you need. Both kitchenette and bathroom were a big plus and the bed was very comfortable as well. The TV gives you access to YouTube and Netflix.

I felt like there weren't sufficient parking spots in front of ths hotel, it was pretty much always full. Luckily, there is still an option to park in the street. Not a necessity, but a balcony really would have brought the room to the next level.

So, I was on my way to the UK from BG with my wife and pets (1 dog and 3 cats) and since we were driving a lot we were pleased to see the late check-in option. Also, it was really easy to self-check in as the whole process was done digitally which reminds me to say that this is quite the smart hotel with everything being digitally controlled via your phone. The location was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spotless. Oh yes and the staff was exceptionally knowledgable and friendly!

There is nothing my wife and I could complain about the hotel. It's just a lovely, clean, quiet hotel, run with care, expertise and love by the owners in our opinion

The staff were very prompt in changing and upgrading our room because of a bad smell coming out of the drain. The fact that we had access to free teas and coffees 27/7. The staff was very friendly always greeted us politely.

It was not mentioned while booking, that washing clothes was against a payment. I think that the owners should write it down for guest to know beforehand

Everything was perfect. Enough space for parking, modern and new hotel, easy check-in, super friendly owner, everything you need to cook for yourself or eat in the breakfast room, coffee/tea/water available almost 24h, tasty keto ice cream :) In short - you won't regret it.

We thought the towels would be a problem, but it turned out that we did not need so big towels after all :)

Very modern hotel and room, built to the latest sustainability standards. We made a mistake with the dates of booking and the manager arranged it instantly and made us feel very welcome even if we arrived at 2:30 AM. We were in transit so can't comment on the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it for an early departure from Frankfurt airport.

Great new hotel with lovely owners who were in site and very generous. We spent a good hour chatting to the owner who is very proud of his hotel and eager to improve wherever he can. Loved his mindset and the way he interacted with our 1,5 year old boy. Clean, comfortable and on a mission to make the world a better place.

That we didn’t stay longer 😉

The place was clean and had a lot of useful stuff and it was in a nice envionment. I loved that it had another door to garden that my dog could go for potty without having to go through all the doors with password.

There were no slippers which was reaaly hard to manage without it. Some of stuff like washing machine was mentioned in the description but was not there. When the hotel is pet friendly, it would be better to have a water bowl that can be used only for pets which was not available.
