1.Location 2. Very easy self check in 3. Acceptable continental breakfast (everyday same) Generally it is good hotel for short stay exactly in the city center. Location - amazing! Everything nearby. Good continental breakfast. Polite gentleman assisting during breakfast time. Nice fresh coffee etc.

1. No refrigerator in the room 2. Only 1 of 3 persons can speak English 3. Misunderstanding happened during check out: Check out time at 11:00 AM - I kindly requested stay until 15:00 and agreed to pay extra if required, and nice lady on reception said "OK, no problem! You can stay!" But during check out, one person tried to explain me something on German language, like I stay longer, and she is waiting for me - I don't understand exactly. 4. Internet WiFi - don't know due to use my roaming

In the centre with air coach bus to the airport. Quiet comfortable rooms with shops all around the hotel. No problem in fully recommending this hotel. Had early morning flight so cannot comment on breakfast.

The room was generally clean and large, close to Luisenplatz, and basic but good breakfast. I had better experience than the average rating.

Check-in is possible at any time because keys are available in a safe with a code. Location in the city center is great. Rooms were quiet.

Hotel is a bit run down and would benefit from some renovation.

Nothing, the elevator was defect, the sit of the WC was spoiled had the beds wasn’t comfortable at all, Tv connect wasn’t good

Bedbugs. Be careful. When we came to our room at night we recognized a dead bedbug on the bedsheet. When we got up and checked the pillows and mattress we found several alive crawling over the bed. So we spontaneously had to find another hotel for the night. Hotel Ludwig offered us a refund, which is the very least one can expect. Never again.

extremely dirty carpet, old funiture, smelly bathroom, the courtain seems to be an old bedsheet, facing the terrace where people sit to smoke and all smoke gets in the bedroom (not to mention the noice).

Horrible. Actually left and booked a different hotel after seeing it. Didn’t stay. Sketchy.

Window opened to fire escape connecting all other rooms. 100% not safe. Smelled like pot. No staff on site.
