The place was clean and comfortable; check-in was very easy and fast.

Quite expensive for long stays, good for short ones. Could have made available more basic stuff for the apartment (trash bags, salt and sugar, dishwasher capsules, coffe, etc)

Modern apartment with lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. Pictures of my room type showed a washing machine in the bathroom but mine did not have one. There are shared washers and dryers on fooor 2 and 5. Per the description the apartment does not have AC and some of the summer days were pretty hot but the apartment was a great value during my time. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine was a nesspresso which I was happy about. Two pods were provided to get me started so you need to shop or bring your own.

I was a bit worried on arrival day that I had not received my code. I only got an hold of the help desk via a phone call. And was informed it’s sent when the apartment is ready which for me was 3pm.

Room was clean, warm and had everything I needed for my business trip. I could come and go as I wanted and not be disturbed when sleeping, as I was working at unusual times. Mini kitchen provided option to prepare my food when I wanted. I was concerned about how to get the key codes which are delivered on day of arrival when I couldn't access my email, but staff responded rapidly to arrange an alternative delivery - and there is a 24 hour phone number as a last resort outside office hours.

Nothing much to criticise - my only trivial quibble was the small, too soft, pillow!

Well located close to the train station. Clean and comfortable and as on the photos on booking.com with little nice surprises in the kitchen :)

There was no handheld shower head in the shower, only the fixed shower head, relatively high, so it was not possible to shower without wetting your hair for instance (and there was no shower cap available). Also, I asked for the invoice at check-out and was told it will be sent by email; I asked to verify the email address and it was correct but I didn't receive the invoice. I then asked for it via Booking.Com Messages and by email and as I still didn't receive it, I had to call and finally obtained it.

iPartment is a peaceful place in which to stay. I heard nothing from outside my room. I shopped locally for Orange Juice, Yoghurt, Fruit and Nespresso pods to make my own breakfasts each morning for which the fully equipped small kitchen was good. iPartment does not have a restaurant or bar. It has a ground floor lounge if you bring your own bottle(s). Also, The Moxy Hotel next door offers various eating and drinking options. Wang's Kitchen is a short walk from iPartment and I strongly recommend this friendly place for delicious Chinese options. It is really highly rated for Sushi. The building is a short walk to Darmstadt's main train station. There was a great frequency of local trains (preferred; 20 minutes) and S-bahn line 3 for my daily visits to Frankfurt Hbf. Around the same Darmstadt Hbf station there are excellent tram and bus services to other parts of Darmstadt.

The hard-to-recall 9-digit code for the main entrance that was also required to enter the 4th-floor room's hallway. The keypad on the room door, that requires a 4-digit code to enter, is too low and the lighting is inadequate for this procedure. Strangely, the duvet is a smaller size than the Queen bed for single occupancy. It was certainly not convenient to request a change to a Queen bed size duvet

Location is very good for business, close the offices area and the railway station, although 20min from city centre. Well furnished kitchen, including freezer. Also for ironing. Good storage and bathroom.

Effective air conditioning became necessary in June. Invoices should be automatically sent to Customer after check-out, but I have not yet received it (twice requested).

Easy access to the building. Convenient place - near the train station and 2 minutes from tram stop, a few grocery shops near by. The apartment was clean and nice and there was a cosy bed and a very cosy arm-chair! A dishwasher, all the dishes you need.

There was a ventilation in the bathroom working automatically almost all the time and it was quite loud. There was no tea, sugar and oil and very poor salt provided. So it didn't really feel like home...

Convenient for travelling between Darmstadt and Frankfurt due to proximity to the station. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. In general, layout of the appartment and bathroom is very nice. There is a lobby area. Door codes and automatic check-in worked well - straightforward and user-friendly.

Apartment was a bit dusty around the edges but otherwise clean. More towels and bigger sheets would have made the stay feel a bit more homey/comfortable.

Good location, just minutes away from the Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof, and less than 30 minutes away from the city center on foot, if you're up for a stroll. A Rewe nearby came in handy as well. The room was spacious, with a very well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and shower.

What i personally missed are some sheer curtains for the floor to ceiling windows, for privacy during the day, as the building in front was pretty close and being on the first floor, one could see inside the room even from the sidewalk if windows were not covered. Also the matress was very soft, which did not make for a very comfortable sleep for me.

I liked that it was all automated, I didn't have any problems. I got my access code and didn't need any further assistance. The room was equipped with new furniture and facilities and it was very clean. It's near the central train station and the city center is nearby (20 min by walking or 5 min by tram which is nearby). I had everything that I needed and even there were small gift bags which is very thoughtful! Very nice property for an affordable price!

Towels should be changed at least once a week. Additional cleaning is not necessary if the guest does not request it, only maybe trash should be taken out (or there should be more trashbags if the guest should take the trash out by himself). But, the staff is very helpful if you ask for something and that kind of erases all of the above-mentioned criticism.
