I travel with my family a lot. We have 2 small kids and its often a struggle to find a safe way to sleep. Premier Inn Darmstadt was the first hotel to create a safe sleeping arrangement with 4 beds next to each other where the kids sleep safely without falling out of the bed. The room was still spacious eventho there were 4 (very comfortable) beds inside. The bathroom is also spacious with bathtub. All clean and smelling good. We all enjoyed the tea and coffee in the room as well. Tge hotel over all is very nice. It smells good, has air con and beautiful lounge/ seating area. We did not have breakfast but still got to enjoy a drink at the bar and a snack from the shop. The staff is friendly with humour.

Nothing we "didnt like" but I will feedback 2 things. 1. Besides the room being super clean the top of the bed frame was super dusty. 2. The parking is very expensive. 16 Euro for 1 night is like wow.. where did that come from?

Very nice new looking hotel, exceptionally clean with modern facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and thankfully spoke English very well as my German is rubbish. Comfortable beds and everything you'd expect from a premier inn. Close to the main station so convenient for that

It is located in a business park so not much else around and nowhere to eat in the evening apart from the hotel, but if you are prepared for that it's a great place to stay

The hotel was clean and advanced in technology, beds were really comfortable and everything was convenient, a lot of space in the parking lot. The stuff was super nice and they helped me by storing my medication in the fridge. There was a lot of space in the shower and soap and body wash were provided. Excellent hotel with also delicious breakfast! Many vegan and vegetarian options, although I would love to see some vegan sausages as well.

Located in a business area, we described it as brutal but that is harsh. It was within easy walking distance of the town centre where we found a place to eat. Partly stayed here to visit the ruined "Dracula"s castle. It was once run as an attraction but is now just open for free. Still a fascinating visit. One interesting visit was the Zeppelin museum a short distance away.

Just the clinical area it was situated in but that is really the point of Premier Inns, the are for business. We chose to stay there being familiar with them in the UK.

stayed two weeks, hotel is very very clean. good location to walk to some restaurants, train station and groceries. Pizza and breakfast good. Evening menu is very very limited that's why we went out. Lounge is lovely and worked from it during the day. Would be good for more food selections.

afternoon evening menu is too limited. rooms do not have mini bar fridges to keep things cool, would like that option to add that to the room upon booking.

Convenient location near Deutsche Telekom. Parking.

Parking is pretty expensive @ €15/day. I was early (13:15) and the room was ready, but I was not allowed in the room before 15:00 without paying an additional fee. Of course they are right, but it seems to me they are supposed to be in the hospitality business? The minimum temperature that could be selected was 21 degrees. This is too warm for a good night sleep.

Hotel is very very clean. They don't have fridges in the room but they gave me use and I had a cooler to keep some medicine cool in the room. I stayed 2 weeks.

The afternoon dinner menu is very limited. Pizza tasted good but it would be better to have a larger afternoon evening menu to keep people staying in the hotel and lounge, its a beautiful restaurant space but we went out almost every night because the menu was only pizza, 1 burger or toasted sandwiches. The pizza was nice though.

Ambionce, easy approach to the city center and very easy approach by walk to the Am Walderfreidhof a historic Graveyard ( my younger brother buried there ) first I have six night stay , finally I have to book my room for another Six nights .

Ummm, well everything is going good and smooth , but no microwave and drinking water in the room. When I asked staff said you can drink or make ☕ with Tab water 💦 Nothing as such to be bothered.

The hotel was outside of the main city center but very near a street car stop making transportation very easy. Breakfast was included and very good, traditional German breakfast foods. It is a newer property and very clean.

We didn't find many restaurants near the hotel and the hotel only served light food at the bar in the evening.

In a very quiet and modern area this hotel has almost big rooms. I was with colleagues who also found rooms very comfortable and clean and the rate price/quality is very good. At the reception desk, check in was quick and personnel very nice to me. I highly appreciated the violet/blue light behind the bed since it happens I wake up in the night to go to bathroom and I hate to be flashed by strong lights, which I like, instead, when I have to work. And I could work well thanks to the nice desk and good quality of WiFi connection
