Very clean room which came with a small kitchenette, a cozy, soft comfortable bed and a great bathroom! They provided a sweet treat as well upon arrival. Staff was very helpful, kind and communicative! I enjoyed talking to them a lot! The room also came with a fan which was a good addition for the warm summer weather! It's quiet, you don't hear the neighbor room's guests at all! Cleaning crew cleans exceptionally! The small bar is a good addition to the hotel lobby too. Location is very good! Lots of families around, Rewe just a 6-7 minute walk away, Aldi is around 8-10min walking. The park nearby is nice, drivers are mindful of pedestrians! Enjoyed my stay! Definitely coming back here!

I went to Germany from the UK with my wife and 3 grown up children, we booked 4 rooms in total. The rooms were provided together, we parked in the underground car park for one day, after which we parked in the REWE supermarket car park for free every other night, its 2 mins walk away. The rooms were clean, decent beds, we received water and free chocolates. Toiletries, towels etc. provided. Staff were great.

It was quite warm during our stay and the rooms could benefit from air conditioning. Opening the windows is great, but there can be some road noise, which I don't see as a negative as it would be the case with any hotel.

Small rooms well organized with also a small fridge and kitchen facility to cook/warm up something. Bathroom small but well organized and equipped with soap, shower gel and hairdrier. Wardrobe very functional Table and welcome fruit, water and juice. All very nice. The room we had was a bit hot, but a fan was provided and at night we could keep the window door opened as we were at the 4th floor. Our daughters room was a bit chiller, just better. Also easy to find with the motorway. At the groundfloor there is an Asian restaurant with good reviews, however, we didn't eat there as we were invited to some friends in the city center.

There are not many parking spaces but a Rewe parking is close and even if there is the bar, it is always open. Just annoying at the moment of unloading the car.

We stayed in the hotel for one night on our way to Italy. It was easy to find it . Breakfast was very good, big variety of foods ( though we don’t have any specific dietary requirements)

There is a limited number of parking spots and it is not guaranteed you find one. There is an option to book a garage at the cost of additional 10 euro, which is great, but our car was too tall( limit 2 m ) and we couldn’t use it. We ended up finding a spot and squizzing into it.

I received a friendly welcome to this hotel, which is located on the outskirts of Darmstadt. The hotel is a 7 minute tram ride from Darmstadt main railway station, and is about 10 minutes from the city centre. There is a large supermarket in walking distance, and if you want an somewhere quieter than the city centre for an evening out to eat there are bars and restaurants in Griesham. The hotel was clean, my room was comfortable, clean and in good order and I slept well. Check in and check out were both straightforward.

I found the room lighting a little dim.

Nice breakfast buffet with a decent amount of options We were able to park outside for free, and there was plenty of space in the garage. There was a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance and the restaurant next door was wonderful quality.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in our room to store some drinks, but that is a minor detail

Very convenient to access city centre - 20 min tram ride. Stops on the opposite side of the road from the hotel. Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast - mostly continental but with some hot selections. Excellent staff. Very friendly and welcoming.

The “bar” was operated by reception - only bottled beer.

We travelled with a dog and the rooms were super pet friendly! It was clean and very close to the main station. Easily accessible by public transport.

Outside Parking was completely full when we arrived and we had to pay extra to keep our car in the garage.

Friendliest staff, very helpful! Good check in/out experience. Was convenient to spend a night after long drive as it’s just few minutes off the highway. Dog friendly too! Extra charge for the dog 15 euro. Free outdoor parking in front and they have a paid garage too if the outdoor is full.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Hotel looks old from outside, but rooms are very clean, and looks like new. A Asian hotel is at ground level with good foods, nice option to have dinner
