Situated in a quiet location, yet very near Darmstadt centre with restaurants and cafés. Good public transport in the vicinity too. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious, lighting was nice, WiFi was fast - good combination for work trips. I would return myself and would recommend.

Decor and design of reception area could be updated to make it more aesthetic & lively; but it's still very comfortable.

Location is perfect. Easy walking access to public transportation and Airliner (direct access to Frankfurt Airport). Breakfast is very good with nice choices. Room was bigger than expected for one person. Appreciate the mini fridge, so you can store some fruit or snacks. Very quiet despite central location. My room had AC, although I did not need it during my stay.

The room was spacious enough and it was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow too. The location is very convenient in the city center of Darmstadt with several public transportation and with the bus service to the airport in just 3 or 4 minutes walking. The fact that there was a free coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus.

The only thing that was not so well was the fact that on the ground floor there was the option to climb by stairs or elevator and I took the stairs not knowing that there were 4 stories to climb with my luggage. I would opt by the elevator if a clear sign in the ground floor was presented. There is a similar sign in the reception but not on the ground floor.

Location was great, garage parking directly under the hotel with access to hotel. Also just about 100 meters to main square with transport access to anywhere in the city. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Room was spacious for 1 person and area to sit. Breakfast was good, 15 eur extra. Enough options, also good warm food.

Excellent location, very close to Louisenplatz. Very close to an area full of shops, restaurants, cafes. Comfortable big room, very good central heating, very clean, high pressure for hot water. Free coffee machine next to my room.

Ambience and overall atmosphere at the hotel was ideal. This made for a totally comforting and relaxing visit.

Small issue, but having to use a lift. Although stairs were available, for an elderly couple it was never an option.

Location is fantastic. Most of the staff are lovely. Facilities are basic but everything is as described by hotel. Good value for money. Breakfast is small but plenty to eat. Being able to check out the night before is great for morning flights out.

Beds are a little small.

Although I found it excellent, my wife only rated it as adequate due to the lack of choice. It was understandable due to the number of people we saw at breakfast. However, this was not the hotels fault.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Very friendly and service-oriented staff (kudos!), the choice and quality of cereals at breakfast is particularly good, coffee machine available at all times at the lobby without extra charge, very comfortable bed, the very large parking garage is part of the same building and easy to access.

I find 175 euros per night in a single room excessive for this hotel, in a city like Darmstadt. But apparently there was some bigger event taking place in Frankfurt (our original destination), where the prices were obscene. So I am guessing that the demand there drove the prices up in Darmstadt too?

Modern purpose built hotel on top of a m/s car park - a large part of the top level of which, is reserved for guest Parking. The rooms are very quiet and have all the necessary facilities (including a very effective a/c - useful as the weather was hot when I visited). The hotel is functional but the staff are all friendly and so it certainly has a nice character.

Nothing really. There is a short flight of steps between the car parking and the lobby which might be a problem moving luggage for some (but even then one can temporarily park at ground level and use the lift up to the hotel proper).
