Large and clean room. Excellent breakfast. The pool and the spa were great. Very close to the train station.

The situation with the cleaning was strange. On my third day I was begging the cleaning personnel to throw away the ravished at least but she looked into her list and denied - agreed to give me cl a towels though. The cleaning tag was hanging on my door but I couldn’t hang it before 6 am. On the day of my check-out (which is at 12 pm), the cleaning staff tried to enter my room 3 times to clean it and I still had not checked-out. One of the time I was naked going out of the bathroom. I didn’t get what was that rush to clean the room 2 hours before the chechen-out time while I was still in the room. Apparently, the list they give to the cleaning staff doesn’t work properly.

Excellent room. Huge and comfortable bed, plenty of space, very clean bathroom, huge TV, quite large desk. The breakfast was great and the lobby was beautiful. I enjoyed the gym, the swimming pool and the sauna, which were wonderful for 1h of relaxation. Relatively convenient location 7 min walking (from the train station) in a quiet place, although it was right on the train tracks.

One gentleman at the reception was not very polite and was quite insistent. Very slow check-in procedures, creating queues without a reason. This is the first time they have blocked a €50 guarantee and the entire amount from my credit card during a check-in (which I would have paid off the next day). The vending machines in the lobby were not working. The lighting inside the room could have been better.

I booked one room for two adult and two children. The room was spacious and two double bed, which was really nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was a good experience. Brunch place was clean, spacious, bright and fresh air, The fresh fruit, vegetables and food. Coffee beans were good and not acidic. staff were friendly. A lot of guest were there, but the dishes were always full. 3 different fresh juices. Swimming pool was clean and nice. The Danish Sauna was off.

Just the sound of street. After closing the window we did not hear the street.

I've stayed here multiple times now, for its convenience to family, train and local tram. Since one side of the hotel faces the tracks from the nearby main train station, I've learned to request a "quiet" room on the opposite side of the hotel. While not always guaranteed, you may get priority attention if you give them your BW Rewards member number. The room is consistently clean and comfy. Wifi is great. The breakfast buffet is top-notch. There is a nice bar/lounge adjacent to the lobby. The pool and gym are located on the top floor and are nice as well.

I had a great experience at this hotel and can only recommend. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with a nice city view. Additional plus from my perspective is the possibility to open windows which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. The room layout and interior design is modern and thoughtful, I've got everything I needed. The hotel is located conveniently, close to the Darmstadt main train station and grocery store (Rewe), it's ideal option to travel around Hessen and then come back and relax in the wellness area after a busy day.

Clean and good size room. Hotel located close to the main railway station. Hotel staff both at the reception and at the bar was very kind and ready to assist.

Wi-Fi is a problem, particularly if you have some work to do requiring the use of internet. Connections is weak and keeps dropping. I moved several times from my room to the reception area where the connection is a bit better but still too weak. There is only one restaurant on site offering limited choices and there are not many restaurants around.

The swimming pool is a plus. The room is large and comfortable. The staff is professional and well trained. The noise from the railway is not that annoying (I didn’t use the earplugs the hotel provides).

To have your room cleaned you have to ask explicitly, for each day of your stay. There is a note on this policy, true. However you don’t expect such a poor standard from an expensive hotel and therefore you can easily miss the notes explaining this policy.

The hotel is next to the train station, very big room and bathroom which were really comfortable. I had breakfast once and the offer was excellent with a big variety of savoury and sweet options, different types of milk and drinks.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the gym. I went there twice early morning, it is on the top floor, facing the pool. Unfortunately, due to the fact that It is next to the pool it is too hot and humid, not the ideal conditions to exercise! I could not resist more than 10-15 minutes and I was not the only one to complain about this.

Clean, modern, comfortable. We stayed with the baby and a dog for one night. The breakfast is delicious. The pool and sauna are nice and beautiful. Also machines with water, Bier and chocolate were helpful for late snacks. We would like to come here again!

Small thing- they didn’t had hair conditioner in the bathroom. Only wash gel for hair and body. Sadly I didn’t took my own with me.

The rooms with odd numbers face the train track, which cause noise at night. The entrance to the hotel is dirty, big groups standing and smoking there, the staff does not react to feedback saying that „this is the place they smoke”. Uninviting. Luckily, inside the hotel is clean and nice.
