I've stayed here multiple times now, for its convenience to family, train and local tram. Since one side of the hotel faces the tracks from the nearby main train station, I've learned to request a "quiet" room on the opposite side of the hotel. While not always guaranteed, you may get priority attention if you give them your BW Rewards member number. The room is consistently clean and comfy. Wifi is great. The breakfast buffet is top-notch. There is a nice bar/lounge adjacent to the lobby. The pool and gym are located on the top floor and are nice as well.

I had a great experience at this hotel and can only recommend. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with a nice city view. Additional plus from my perspective is the possibility to open windows which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. The room layout and interior design is modern and thoughtful, I've got everything I needed. The hotel is located conveniently, close to the Darmstadt main train station and grocery store (Rewe), it's ideal option to travel around Hessen and then come back and relax in the wellness area after a busy day.

Clean and good size room. Hotel located close to the main railway station. Hotel staff both at the reception and at the bar was very kind and ready to assist.

Wi-Fi is a problem, particularly if you have some work to do requiring the use of internet. Connections is weak and keeps dropping. I moved several times from my room to the reception area where the connection is a bit better but still too weak. There is only one restaurant on site offering limited choices and there are not many restaurants around.

The hotel is next to the train station, very big room and bathroom which were really comfortable. I had breakfast once and the offer was excellent with a big variety of savoury and sweet options, different types of milk and drinks.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the gym. I went there twice early morning, it is on the top floor, facing the pool. Unfortunately, due to the fact that It is next to the pool it is too hot and humid, not the ideal conditions to exercise! I could not resist more than 10-15 minutes and I was not the only one to complain about this.

The rooms with odd numbers face the train track, which cause noise at night. The entrance to the hotel is dirty, big groups standing and smoking there, the staff does not react to feedback saying that „this is the place they smoke”. Uninviting. Luckily, inside the hotel is clean and nice.

Nice and big rooms with comfortable beds, good pool and sauna on the 8th floor, good breakfast, parking. Was positively surprised with price for quality.

We didn't noticed too many places around the hotel, there is a train line next to it and also some contraction works on the street. But it is still very good hotel and was nice place to stay on our road trip.

Everything is pretty accessible. We enjoyed the pool together with kids. It was definitely a big bonus for very very hot weather. A very nice touch were the apples next to the elevators. The breakfast was pretty divers and all the stuff very friendly and helpful.

The are around the hotel was on constructions and there was a limited possibility to walk around.

Huge beautiful & very clean Hotel . Great location bus stop is 2 mins walk , Tram 4 mins walk 22 mins walk to Luisenplatz . Rooms are very clean and tidy and size is very convenient , Breakfast is good. Staff are very polite and helpful 👍. Thank you Best Western 😊

The only problem that we faced was the WIFI , it was not working properly during our whole stay (3 days ) but in fact it was a minor issue for us . But I guess it's not for others specially who are her for Business.

The breakfast was great. The sauna and pool helped to relax after work. The room was large and comfortable.

The wifi was quite slow. Some noise from the trains, though not preventing to sleep. The room was a bit dark, would need a ceiling light.

It was a very short visit and I barely stayed in the room. I enjoyed the rich breakfast, clean and well maintained room. The hotel is strategically located, close to the central station and easily accessible to the city centre. I wish I stayed longer to enjoy the hotel.
