It was my second time there, which tells already that I liked it so much to return. It is a need place right in the center of the city at the end of the pedestrian zone. Easy to access via code. 24/7. Fully equipped apartment, clean, spacious and well maintained. I will come back soon!

I liked all, but as this is a personal thing… some might be more sensitive as some rooms are located next zo the entrance of the parking. Didn’t disturb my great experience. Some people might miss that there is no check in with staff… - this also didn’t bother me. If needed one can contact them and receive quick and friendly support.

Clean, large room with a good basic kitchen. New, clean, enormous windows that we opened to cool the room and watch the approaching storm. Surprisingly quiet for an urban area.

The booking process went well, and I think the owners are trying to make this deskless setup work very smoothly for guests. But the directions for arriving by car (we used option 4) are really terrible. The parking garage is under the building, so they list the building address. But from there you must drive a loop several kilometers long through the city, enter the building area through a long tunnel, and turn left from the tunnel into a different one bearing the building's name, not the hotel's name. Then you need to find the right door on the right level, described very obliquely in the checkin materials. It was all clearly not field yested. An hour wasted, and I think we were lucky; at several time some compassionate Germans saw us struggling and gave us the next piece of the puzzle.

We travel family of 5 and had 2 rooms both booked on my name and paid by me however I was not instructed that I had to add another adult to get access codes to two room so upon arrival we only had 1 code and had to call and finally I was told to ad my husband so code for second room was sent to him. Also code to laundry room was not provided either again had to call customer service for that other then that we enjoyed our stay rooms were clean and nice, great location

Well, the instructions how to get to the hotel and to our rooms were quite confusing (you do not want to fill in some forms and send different info and confirm etc. when you are travelling and have no time for that). It was demanding to get inside. No reception, of course. We ended up before the door with my phone "dying" and calling to helpdesk. They replied immediately and helped but it was quite stresful... definitely not for those who have limited data or do not want to spend time on phone filling in, confirming etc.

This was my second time staying at the property and it was very good. Very spacious room with easy access to local eateries and super market. This is also very close to Darmstadt city center to catch public transports. Overall a very pleasant stay!!

The property could improve upon the cleaning intervals during the stay. Also, some of the devices used for accessing the property should be revamped. Also, finding the property is a bit confusing for someone who is coming for the first time.

The property is very conveniently located. The kitchen facilities in the bed are quite good.

In the room, I had this time there was nowhere comfortable to sit. There was a fainting couch like that in there and three plastic uncomfortable chairs at the kitchen table. There was no chair that could be sat in comfortably. The instructions again to get into the building the first time are extremely hard to follow. I always have to call in order to get in.

Centrally located, clean, has everything you need.

The only pain was the parking. You need to figure out for yourself that you access it through the city tunnel. Once we figured that out everything was fine! Also, the door you have to access with a code before you get to your actual place is very difficult to use. I opened it once in my entire time. Luckily I had my husband!

Beautiful, spacious rooms that are fitted with all necessary amenities. Good security and central location.

It took me at least 30 minutes from the road to my room - it was an adventure for me to figure out where the place is. Plus, when I reached the entrance to the limehome apartments too, it was challenge to figure out the access to the doors. Likely this was my first time living in a 'no-staff' accommodation, hence the challenge. But clearer instructions at the appropriate places might be more helpful.

Cheap polyester bed sheet, duvet and duvet covers, that’s the biggest downside. Not very well explained how to get there, outside signage for all possible options would help a lot. Self-service check-in app is tedious, but easy.

Entrance into the building in an anonymous sideroad with exit from the city tunnel. The Way there doesn’t give a comfortable feeling for safety reasons… loud when you open the window. Sidenote: On arrival some kitchen utensils were missing and the toilet seat was broken at a not so important place. So it did not make my stay inconvenient, but I made a video of the apt at the beginning to ensure to have proof that it was like that before my stay…
