Place quite close to the center, parking house just next to it, rooms were comfortable and fully equipped.

Well, the instructions how to get to the hotel and to our rooms were quite confusing (you do not want to fill in some forms and send different info and confirm etc. when you are travelling and have no time for that). It was demanding to get inside. No reception, of course. We ended up before the door with my phone "dying" and calling to helpdesk. They replied immediately and helped but it was quite stresful... definitely not for those who have limited data or do not want to spend time on phone filling in, confirming etc.

This was my second time staying at the property and it was very good. Very spacious room with easy access to local eateries and super market. This is also very close to Darmstadt city center to catch public transports. Overall a very pleasant stay!!

The property could improve upon the cleaning intervals during the stay. Also, some of the devices used for accessing the property should be revamped. Also, finding the property is a bit confusing for someone who is coming for the first time.

Centrally located, clean, has everything you need.

The only pain was the parking. You need to figure out for yourself that you access it through the city tunnel. Once we figured that out everything was fine! Also, the door you have to access with a code before you get to your actual place is very difficult to use. I opened it once in my entire time. Luckily I had my husband!

The property is very conveniently located. The kitchen facilities in the bed are quite good.

In the room, I had this time there was nowhere comfortable to sit. There was a fainting couch like that in there and three plastic uncomfortable chairs at the kitchen table. There was no chair that could be sat in comfortably. The instructions again to get into the building the first time are extremely hard to follow. I always have to call in order to get in.

Beautiful, spacious rooms that are fitted with all necessary amenities. Good security and central location.

It took me at least 30 minutes from the road to my room - it was an adventure for me to figure out where the place is. Plus, when I reached the entrance to the limehome apartments too, it was challenge to figure out the access to the doors. Likely this was my first time living in a 'no-staff' accommodation, hence the challenge. But clearer instructions at the appropriate places might be more helpful.

On this second stay at limehome Darmstadt we had no problems with the apartment's facilities, so our overall rating went up compared to the last one. These apartments remain quite large and modern, well-equipped in general and very conveniently located for a stay in central Darmstadt. Grocery shopping options are very close (I recommend biokaiser bakery just around the corner) but also many restaurant options – including multiple without leaving the overall building complex. Checking in via codes was no problem and everything just went smoothly. While struggling to communicate in a language we speak, the cleaning lady was very friendly and the apartment was very clean. Wifi worked perfectly and at a good speed.

The concept remains very impersonal and relying on guests having network access relatively shortly before actual arrival. Other, similarly organized places give you more margin in advance. The surroundings outside the building remain somewhat drab and if one does not close the curtains fully, rather garishly lighted during the night.

Cheap polyester bed sheet, duvet and duvet covers, that’s the biggest downside. Not very well explained how to get there, outside signage for all possible options would help a lot. Self-service check-in app is tedious, but easy.

Entrance into the building in an anonymous sideroad with exit from the city tunnel. The Way there doesn’t give a comfortable feeling for safety reasons… loud when you open the window. Sidenote: On arrival some kitchen utensils were missing and the toilet seat was broken at a not so important place. So it did not make my stay inconvenient, but I made a video of the apt at the beginning to ensure to have proof that it was like that before my stay…

Good location, 5 mins walk from town central. Plenty of restaurants downstairs and supermarkets round the corner. No staff to meet but reasonable response time via WhatsApp. Room was spacious and kitchen was very well equipped. Washers/dryers are at level 4 common area via WeWash. Heating in room was good.

Would have been nice to meet someone for check-in but hey, new experience. Nothing really to dislike.

We have stayed at this hotel before. In one word, a magnificent hotel. Location and cleanliness are very good. We feel like at home. There is everything in the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a fan for hot weather, but it would be great if there was an air conditioner instead. Thank you Limehome🙏♥️
