Good price for Frankfurt, altough be prepared for parking surcharge 15€/day and dog surcharge 15€/day. Older hotel, what is visible at some places, but still OK. I think mould between tiles within the shower area could be solved with some chlorine maintenance, but I could survive that. Old windows can’t be closed properly, so some cold and plane noise is coming in (the runway is on a west side from the hotel). But we slept very well. We canceled the housekeeping until check-out day via tablet in room, but they came to tidy up anyway, so this process apparently doesn’t work :) Free water, coffee and tea on the room is nice!

The breakfast was delightful, and I truly appreciated the neat and clean room—it made my stay very comfortable. However, I believe it would be a great addition to your services if transportation from the hotel to Messe could be arranged in the future. This would greatly enhance the convenience for guests attending events there. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Large room, super clean, coffee maker and fridge in room, comfortable bed, quiet although close to airport, walking trails nearby, within walking distance of public transport, free airport pick-up and reasonable price for return shuttle (7 euro 50 per person, leaves on the hour), fabulous hot and cold breakfast buffet with everything imaginable, fast internet, friendly staff

Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative and made us feel welcome for our first ever stay in Frankfurt. The facilities were very good. We had a lovely buffet the first evening and the food was of a high standard. The breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold food which was replenished on a regular basis.

It would have been nice to have some information in the room about the surrounding area with a local map to help with finding your way around the location.

The hotel ticked all the right boxes!! Staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, staff in the breakfast room were amazing, and the lady that serviced our room was just incredible! The facilities were perfect, not to mention the phenomenal breakfast! My family loved everything about the hotel, including the refreshing walks to and from the hotel through the forest.

Was personal not nice in reception. When we made check in -personal was annoyed,this made us unhappy. We are stoped in this hotel 6 times and this is first time the reception made us sad. We have feel application form in check in,put all details,but Receptionist was so nervous-he did not like something and was nervous. He made us feel bad, especially we were after trip from London with my old parents... First happened to us unwelcome receptionist.

Fantastic location in proximity to the airport. Clean hotel, comfy beds, and the dinner buffet was pretty darn tasty as well.

Be weary of visiting Frankfurt city central area. Very very bad homeless and drug problem in parts of the city. Extremely transparent and scary walking down certain streets. This hotel is far enough distance away from it all and I would definitely recommend it if you need to visit Frankfurt. Great place!!

Convenient Location - Cute Room - Large Bathroom. We enjoyed our stay there as it was very close to the centre of Frankfurt. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and staff friendly. If i am ever back in that area, i will book there again.

Overall excellent hotel, although on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Very close to public transportation, which made getting to airport and central Amsterdam very easy. I would recommend to anyone who was OK with not being in central Amsterdam. Great staff and great breakfast. Comfortable and clean room.

Out of Amsterdam in a neighborhood with little character. Broken coffee machine in the breakfast room which resulted in long line each morning to get coffee.
