I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Frankfurt City South. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, lovely touch with the bottle of water on arrival very much needed in the humidity of the past few days. As long as I have a comfortable bed and a clean room then I am happy and you certainly provided this. We ate breakfast and dinner and sampled the gorgeous cocktails in the bar, everything was really well cooked and plentiful and the cocktails were delicious. What makes a good stay for me aside from the comfortable, clean room is the people, the staff who work so hard to give us a pleasant staff. Every member of staff we encountered were absolutely lovely, we are Irish, we don't speak any German. All staff at the hotel, were patient, attentive and very kind to us. Always smiling and happy to help us, and that is what made our stay amazing! Thank you for a brilliant stay for our first time in Germany!

If I was to have some criticism of the room it would be it is very dated, the pillows are extremely soft and lumpy ( though the actual bed is very comfortable) and the air con is very poor. Also the hotel is in a remote area, there are no shops or cafes nearby.

phenomenal breakfast buffet with an enormous selection in a lovely setting; well-appointed room with coffee machine, small fridge, desk, two chairs, large and comfortable bed, and a window that opened, free airport pick-up and affordable return trip (7.5 euro pp, departure hourly on the hour), less than 10 minutes from airport, quiet surroundings (except for airplane and streetcar noise) with forest and walking trails all around; friendly and helpful staff--when we arrived at the airport we had missed the shuttle by 5 minutes, so the receptionist asked the driver to return to the airport to get us--very kind of her!

Everything was great--no complaints! We stayed here once before on a layover in Frankfurt and would do so again. Just know that you have to take public transportation or a taxi if you want to get into the city, but if you want to be in quiet, natural surroundings near the airport, the location is perfect.

It was one of the closest and affordable accommodations to Deutsche Bank Park after a concert. Staff were very friendly and nice. The place is clean and they provide a bottle of mineral water in the room as well as coffee and tea. The beds and pillows (2 per person) were really comfortable. They also have a mini fridge you can use. The lobby is well stacked with snacks and drinks which you can buy with self checkout. They also have a restaurant and bar. One of the things i also liked is that they provide a shuttle van to and from the airport for just 7,50€ roundtrip. You gotta tell them beforehand if you wanna use ist as the seats are limited. The Airport is just about 10 mins away by car. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s quite far from the city centre. But close to the concert venue. It takes about 20 mins walk to the hotel through the woods. There are street lamps along the way, but not all the way through. You’ll need your flashlight. After a concert it’s not a problem as there are hundreds of people who’ll stay at the hotel as well.

Good price for Frankfurt, altough be prepared for parking surcharge 15€/day and dog surcharge 15€/day. Older hotel, what is visible at some places, but still OK. I think mould between tiles within the shower area could be solved with some chlorine maintenance, but I could survive that. Old windows can’t be closed properly, so some cold and plane noise is coming in (the runway is on a west side from the hotel). But we slept very well. We canceled the housekeeping until check-out day via tablet in room, but they came to tidy up anyway, so this process apparently doesn’t work :) Free water, coffee and tea on the room is nice!

I was going to a concert and I liked that the hotel was near the Deutsche Bank Park (20 min by foot). The room sizes for a solo travel was also perfect. The breakfast was great with a good buffet (many things to choose from).

In the bathroom I got confused about the towels and use the towel for the head as the floor mat for the shower and the floor mat for my face and hands. The shower got clogged easily with caused the water to run down the drain slowly.

The breakfast was delightful, and I truly appreciated the neat and clean room—it made my stay very comfortable. However, I believe it would be a great addition to your services if transportation from the hotel to Messe could be arranged in the future. This would greatly enhance the convenience for guests attending events there. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.

The lady at reception was lovely, she has excellent customer services skills .Loved the sauna, location (18 minutes walk to the stadium), the view from the room. Coffee machine with coffee pods, selection of tea, sugar and sweetener, complimentary 1 liter sparkling water water dispenser in gym/wellness area with paper cups.

There was no light bulb on the lamp on one side of bed, the power sockets by the beds did not work.

Large room, super clean, coffee maker and fridge in room, comfortable bed, quiet although close to airport, walking trails nearby, within walking distance of public transport, free airport pick-up and reasonable price for return shuttle (7 euro 50 per person, leaves on the hour), fabulous hot and cold breakfast buffet with everything imaginable, fast internet, friendly staff

Everything was great! We were sorry that our stay was so short.

This hotel has been my choice for several years. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent with many choices of breads and other foods. They also have food choices for dinner in the bar. The hotel has ample parking. Although it has it's few years, the hotel looks clean and well maintained. I recommend it.

It was close to Deutsche Bank Park, where we were attending an event. Check-In was easy and we liked that we could express check-in prior to our stay. We enjoyed the pay and go drink/snack section, the room was spacious enough for the two of us, we enjoyed having A/C. Overall positive experience, would definitely return.
