The location was great, free car parking, rooms good size and very clean. Amenities, eg free water, Nespresso

It was advertised as a warm, friend hotel where staff bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Unfortunately this was not the case. Although the staff didn’t do anything wrong, they weren’t overly friendly. Just doing their job

The outside is a quite average looking but inside the hotel is very pleasant. Well laid out and comfortable. Parking area is small but just in front is one of the areas free parking lots. With greenery all around this lot is widely used by bikers. Walking to Walhalla or catching the bus to Regensburg is easily done. Breakfast is more than satisfactory with a large dinning area or if you like terrace seating. For evening eating there are 4 restaurants very near that are good. The hotel restaurant is by reservation so if you forget, next door Greek, Italian, or traditional.

The pillow was not too good.

the size of the room was great big and spacious. the bathroom was also huge

however, the only thing lacking was aircon. it would would have been okay if the location of the room was not hit by the sun. In the middle of July was pretty brutal and the room location which was in front got the brunt of afternoon sun between 1-4PM. though everything was good that detail. we tried to switch rooms but the hotel only had a handful of rooms that had AC installed

Friendly staff, free parking just outside of the hotel, comfy beds and good breakfast served in the morning. Close to a nice castle ruin and also Walhalla, which has a stunning view over Danube. Recommended for a stay while travelling through Germany.

The kitchen closed earlier than stated during our stay, so we had to and eat across the street at a greek place. The food was good there, but I had hoped for German cuisine in Germany..

Nice and friendly staff, excellent wellness area and good location. AC in the room was a nice surprise

There are still some rooms which are not yet refurbished, would be nice to be able to choose if one is housed in the newer or older parts of the building. That said even the “old” rooms are clean and well equipped

We had a suite and were very happy with it. Initial problem of not having an umbrella on the terrace was swiftly solved. I missed having room service which was provided a few years ago. The staff in reception and at breakfast is extraordinarily friendly and very helpful with any requests.

Our suite had aircon which is necessary in the summer in Bavaria. But the other rooms did not have it, something to be careful of.

On the positive, the room was very clean and quiet, well-ventilated and pet-friendly. The surroundings are beautiful and a walk after breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful as usual

Unfortunately, the room didn't have air-con and the fridge only had water. We stayed there every year and this was something new and unpleasant for us; we arrived after 10 PM and after a very long drive. Finding the fridge nearly empty was not pleasant.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location near the banks of the Danube. A huge parking lot, a fantastic dinner, a generous breakfast and a huge room awaited us.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to open a window in the bathroom and the window of the room was directly above the kitchen, so the room was noisy and smelled of food in the evening, as well as in the morning.

Excellent breakfast, with a lot of options to choose from. Very kind staff. The location is a bit far away from the city centre, but this is not a downside because of the quietness and cleanness in the surroundings.

Good location close to the highway. Large public parking at the hotel. Large room, very good beds, large bathroom, very clean, fridge, television, quiet, restaurant in the hotel

The the reception the staff was correct but with a rough attitude, didn't feel welcomed and even in the restaurant the staff was busy, not courteous or welcoming. Restaurant food was very average. Breakfast very average and again did not feel welcomed. Cold atmosphere created by the staff.
