The hotel features very cozy, comfortable, and modern rooms with excellent beds. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, though it was somewhat repetitive from day to day and consisted mostly of ready-made products. The price for the the quality it offers was very moderated.

The location and neighborhood may be the only weak points of the hotel. It takes around 15 minutes to reach it from the central train station by bus. The view from the windows is quite unremarkable. Additionally, there was no room service—during my six-night stay, no one entered my room, even after I hung out the sign saying, "Please clean my room." The speed of wi-fi internet often dropped to unacceptable slow values.

Friendly staff, clean and suited our purpose for a stop over. Lovely breakfast and great location close to the motorway.

The local area did not feel safe, groups of men just hanging around drinking and smoking drugs. I have visited Regensburg many times and it's a beautiful city shame it's changed so much in the last 5 years. I would not recommend walking around after dark please use a taxi if visiting the city centre and retuning to your hotel. This does not in any way detract from the service which I received from the hotel staff and our experience staying at the Plaza Inn.

Perfect location for one night rest while transiting, just a few minutes away from the highway. Very clean and spacious room, very friendly people, indoor private parking for 10 euros per night but also free public places outside. When we arrived, there was no place left but as we prefer indoor parkings, this was not a problem.

Just the breakfast - for 14 euros per person, not worthy for us. In the end, we drank just one coffee each as the rest of the food was not as good as we would thought. Some variety but the quality... But this, of course, depends on the tastes...

Comfortable spacious room, nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and also a fridge. Good shower. Easy to park for free directly outside the hotel.

The room appeared to be clean, was however totally let down by lots of dust and dirt under the beds! The breakfast buffet, which was well presented with a reasonable choice was spoilt by several flies on the uncovered food and flying around the tables in the breakfast room. In January! The pillows were of poor quality and far too flat to be comfortable.

The room was great, the staff at the front desk were very profesional and great in comunication. After arriving late they directed me to a free parking at the garage. Ofered drinks and snack. Really impressed with this small things and the hospitality of the staff. I will most defenetly visit again and reffer friends.

I would suggest on having 2 diferent pillows because i like a biger pillow and i had to use 2 pillows.

The spa area is exceptional for this type of hotel, with an excellent large 90• Finish Sauna, a seperate Steam room and an infrared Sauna. All completely new and extremely clean, well maintained. Absolutely at the level of higher class hotel.

No dedicated staff at the bar and sometimes an overcrowded crowded reception area at times, with waiting-times for ‚orher‘ services loke the bar etc. this results in a stressed personnel which negatively reflects on the overall atmosphere. The location (direct neighborhood of the hotel) looks rather ‚poor‘ wich gives a negative overall geeling at check-in…. (i.e. is it sage to leave the car in this neighborhood…). but the friendliness of the personnel and the excellent spa (for those who appreciate this service) make up for most of the above. Nonetheless, my first impression when first arriving at the facility wasn‘t the best, which is a bot unfortunate)…

I liked the room a lot, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Also the breakfast was really nice for this price. Choice of bread was a bit lean, a choice for a croissant would have been a nice value adder. And not to forget the kind and polite personnel of the hotel.

The cups in the bathroom were used and dirty. Also one of the cups free coffee milk, was far over date, turned solid already and sour.

The rooms are really nice. We stayed here on our way to Croatia which was perfectly halfway from where we left in the Netherlands. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and give a good night's rest. The shower is also excellent. In the morning you can grab a decent breakfast and even fill up your thermos with coffee or tea! The city itself is quite a bit bigger than we initially expected. Plenty of decent places to grab some dinner or have a drink. Easily reachable when you're traveling by car.

A bit further away from the city centre. But on the other hand very close to the highway, so an excellent hotel to stay when traveling through. The fridge needs some time to start cooling so if you bring stuff with you that needs cooling, it takes 30-60 minutes to get properly cool I reckon. In the morning our drinks etc. would be nice and chill for the road ahead.

The room was nice , the bathroom equipped with new equipment and clean ,breakfast was very good

We couldn't make the perfect temperature and it was cold during the night . The WiFi on room 409 was a very weak signal ,and we can not speak properly on the phone

It was ok as we are using it during transit. They had AC as it was too so it was an advantage

A bit noisy as we had a room near the lift, people in and out most of the night. The area looks a bit poor and not great. Can be noisy at night. The pillows were old and in need of replacement, they offered extra but were the same At breakfast the bacon was burnt and no-one could have it.
