Nice hotel, very pleasant staff, easy covered and secure parking at a relatively modest charge. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, nice bedding. Fan provided. Hotel in generally quiet residential neighbourhood, but easy walking distance to centre.

The room was very dark, not a problem in itself, but the lighting was also very low, I'm sure it is a design decision, but not totally convenient... There was a bit of noise on the Saturday night from the road outside (human more than traffic), so we could not really have the window open (fan was very useful!) but not on Sunday night, so we could open the window and that was fine.

Chose this location as it had an EV charger (Tesla Destination Charger) and it indeed had 3 chargers, functional and with parking spaces available. So on this front, the hotel definitely met my expectations and would choose again.

In the triple room, the 2nd bed could have been a bit larger. Also, the location of the hotel is definitely not ideal, as on my way from the hotel to a restaurant (quite far away), I witnessed a fight near the train station; definitely not the hotel's fault and nothing they could do about it, but I recommend avoiding the bus/train station nearby or travel by cab.

We stayed at Hotel Luis one night on our way to Vienna. We only arrived in the evening but the location was great as it allowed us to walk into town for breakfast and still see some of beautiful old town of Regensburg before setting off. The hotel itself is really cool and the bedrooms are HUGE. Will definitely stay again if back.

I stayed my friends and family in the summer of 2023 for a night. The place is very close to Regensburg Altstadt and hauptbahnof. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. We did not take breakfast but needed some milk for my toddler and they were happy to oblige. The room was in general was clean and property is baby pram friendly. The toiletries were provided and quite nice. The info in general on this website is quite accurate. What I personally loved alot was that there was a fan provided in the room which was quite necessary, useful and well appreciated!

Some minor points - - There’s no cupboard in the room - Toiletries do not include a body lotion - There was only one charging slot beside the bed so the person sleeping on the other side had to use the multi-plug provided in the room.

Very clean, spacious room with a really nice bathroom. The whole hotel is kind of "designer"-like, punching above its weight. Would stay again.

Slept with an open window and got woken up by a garbage truck at 6am. The location is good but not super central if that's what you're after (we still walked to the city center without issues). Parking is paid.

Smooth check-in / check-out, great facilities and location, comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

"Private parking" and "Limited parking spaces are available on site" in the hotel description actually means "8 EUR / night". An unpleasant surprise.

When the windows are open there can be a little bit of street noise.. Closing them makes it nice and quiet, if you need it even quieter ask for a room that faces the back

We got a parking spot, but it was the last one so that is likely often an issue. No fridge in the room.

Large trendy accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good parking facilities. Even when the car park next to the hotel is full there is still secure parking across the road with parking bays reserved for the hotel. Walking distance to the historic centre.

Ground floor a bit noisy due to the proximity of the street. If windows are open (summer) it is noisy. If windows are kept closed, there is no problem due to double glazing (sound proof)
