Great location, just 5 minutes from the station and close to all the sights. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room well-appointed and quiet.

Only one thing - I couldn't sleep in the bed, which was too hard for my taste. Perhaps I'm just used to soft beds! Otherwise absolutely not complaints, everything was lovely. One more thing, and I see that I am not the only person this happened to. Haven given my honest opinion about the hotel - what is the point of a review otherwise - I received a message from the them asking me to adjust my score upwards or take down the review. Extraordinary! I am tempted to take the score down further. This has never happened to me before and I find it completely unacceptable. How petty not to accept a positive review because it is not positive enough. This has really put me off this hotel and I shall not be recommending it or returning to it.

The scrambled eggs were perfect, the croissants and fruit were fresh, the presentation of everything was really nice, and the coffee was magical!

This is no fault of the property or the management, but the interface of the temperature control could be better. The control in the room was set to 'heat mode' and it got too warm for us in the middle of the night, even if we lowered the temperature setting. I figured out how to change it to fan-mode only, but then I couldn't seem to get back to the main interface. Maybe some instructions on how to use it would help?

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Regensburg. I used to live and study in this beautiful town for many years and now came for a visit with my husband. The location was great everything within the city is in walking distance and there’s a huge parking garage right next door. The lady working at the reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome right when we walked in. We got some chocolates, a snack and drinks on the house. The room was very comfortable and we loved the decor throughout the building. The hotel really exceeded our expectations and we will definitely come back.

As mentioned in other reviews, there's a club right next to the hotel ( on the ground floor of the parking). We only got a few minutes of bum-bum, so we were not bothered that much ( we stayed on a Friday night in the hotel). I've tried the supplied ear noise cancelling buds ... they are not comfortable to wear while sleeping. So if this bum-bum would last all night, I would for sure not sleep a single minute.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Regensburg! The room was warm and furnished with style, it had everything necessary. The personnel is the highlight, they are nice people and you can tell that they do care about a guest's experience. My special warm hello goes to Nina at the front desk. The famous breakfast was really that good, but I urge you to wake up early because it is quite popular, you want to be there untill the guests eat all the cheese!

Frankly, I was a little unlucky and the window of my room was facing the terrace on the first floor, where the rest of the guests can chill. But I could fix this by simply drawing my curtains.

Having read some reviews mentioning noise about a nearby club, I requested a quiet room, and they really delivered on that! I had great quiet sleep for the 2 nights I was there between Vienna and Berlin. The staff are so sweet and kind. The location is great for walking around the main areas; it's also a quick walk to the train station. And the hotel rooms and designs are just delightful and well thought-out. One of my most cozy and comfortable hotel stays! And the breakfast was just awesome. I am so happy I booked this hotel!! :-)

I have truly nothing bad to say about this hotel! If I really had to nitpick, my room didn't have a view, but it's all a minute away and I did have access to a cute patio. :-)

Hotel located in the city Center and within 3 min walk to the city center square. Perfect for a weekend trip and city visit. Hotel is just adjacent to a large parking garage, and the north side exit leads straight to the hotel entrance.

The proximity to a club was a small issue. Right next to the hotel is a club who started playing loud base heavy music from 11:30 onwards. The room is pretty well insulated however the rumbling from the base was still present. Should you require absolute quiet to fall asleep this is not the place for you. The hotel did provide some earplugs in the bathroom, however these didn't help in my experience. Also in my particular room the air conditioning unit was rattling which provided a symphony besides the base from the club next door.

The person at the front desk was incredibly friendly, personable, resourceful, and right away made us feel comfortable and at home. Went out of her way to be accommodative and informative. She was awesome! Loved our room, roomy and perfect. Breakfast spot was convenient. Loved having easy access to water from the dining area 24/7. Loved our balcony and proximity to various places. Highly recommend!!!

Great location proximal to train station and city center. Modern, lovely deco and exceptionally clean. Plus for being eco conscious. Staff are super responsive, friendly & helpful. Loved the breakfast spread & breakfast room vibes. Lift for bags/elderly was a huge help.

There was a foul smell emanating from the toilet which the staff very quickly attended to. But the foul smell came back again after a couple of days. Might be worth the hotel to look into.

We only stayed one night in Regensburg and wished we had stayed more. Our room was lovely with a great spacious bathroom and tea and coffee facilities. The lady on reception when we arrived was happy for us to store our bags as the room was not ready, allowing us to explore the city. She also helpfully provided a map and guide of the city. We had to rush breakfast as we had an early train to catch but what we had was lovely and they even had oat milk which was great for me as it meant I could have cereal as I don't drink cows milk. They also offered us a free drink of our choice when we arrived which was a lovely touch and we had this when we returned later in the day to access our room. The hotel is only about a 10 min walk from the station and a few minutes walk into the heart of the city.

This isn't something we didn't like but the entrance to the hotel is a little tricky to find. It's tucked away at the far back of the building and isn't the reception but just some stairs. At first we weren't sure if this was the entrance but you just took the lift up and you were at reception. Only a minor point and we might have just had a bad sense of direction!
