New and clean hotel. Modern looking room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good.
They had way too many "technical issues". When we arrived, although we made a reservation through booking, they couldn't see the reservation in their system and we had to spend 30 mins for them to make a new reservation (this wasn't very pleasant, as we arrived at midnight and we were very tired already after many hours of driving). They blamed this on their internet issues. In the morning when we went for breakfast, we've been told we only paid for one breakfast (although we paid for two at check-in). We've been confused and paid again for the second breakfast. But after making a complaint for paying again, it got concluded it was an issue on their side and received the money back. Overall it's a new and good looking hotel but they definetly need to work more on their service.

Stayed for a week, everything was great. Staff is really nice and helpful and they helped us switch rooms because we need extra space for our baby. Great price as well. There is a parking garage and it costs 15e per night, but you cannot reserve upfront - only when you check in and then you can pay for several days. Please note that the garage is for cars of max 2m height, so if you are traveling with a Thule roof suitcase, make sure you fit the garage. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.
Small mixup with rooms and baby cot the first evening, but the staff acted really fast and fixed everything so we didn't have to wait. Also, there were no parking spots in the garage for the first evening, so I had to search for parking in the vicinity. There are spots but around 5-7 mins walking from the hotel.

The hotel is really nice and cosy with pleasant scent. :) The room was very comfortable, with a large and clean bathroom. We were happy to have kettle in the room with coffee and tea. Parking garage was also very convenient.
The hotel is a bit far from the old town on foot, about 30 minutes, but we had a nice walk :)

An excellent Premier Inn located approx 20 mins walk from the historic centre of Regensburg. The walk is quite enjoyable - through a leafy, upmarket suburb. This slightly out-of-town location ensures that the hotel is quiet at night so is actually an advantage. Well worth checking out the beautiful Dornberg Park, which is roughly mid-way between the hotel and Altstadt. The hotel itself is impressive. Everything is new and the room was very well appointed, including a very comfortable bed and superb bathroom and shower. The choice of firm and soft pillows in the room is a thoughtful touch that you don't often find in hotels. The staff at check-in were helpful and friendly and the wi-fi was excellent. Overall a very comfortable place to stay in Regensburg and outstanding value for money.
The only slight negative was that the outside of the windows in the room were dirty. and actually blocked some light. This didn't affect the overall quality of the stay (which was very high) but it left a bit of a negative impression and would be an easy thing to fix.

The hotel is not located in the city center, but it’s within a pleasant 15-minute walk. There are a few free parking spots nearby, although many have a 2-hour time limit. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from; definitely a highlight of the stay!
On the downside, the stairwell access door on the first floor was broken and remained unrepaired for the entire 5-day stay, which meant I had to use the elevator every time, even for short trips

We stayed one night while passing through Regensburg on our way for holidays. The hotel is very new, the whole neighbourhood looks new. It's close to the city centre, but also easily accessible from the highway. There is a parking garage in the basement of the hotel, but we found it a bit overpriced. The receptionist kindly pointed us to a nearby street with free parking on the street. The room was very clean and cosy, I liked that there were both soft and hard pillows in the room to choose from. This hotel is great value for money!
Pricey parking garage.

If you know Premier Inn from the UK, think again. This is a brand new hotel built to current German building standards. It's immaculate, well insulated and soundproof. It also has excellent underground parking: spacious, well lit and clean. Passing through Regensburg, we would definitely choose this hotel again.
There's nothing to say. The hotel is a fair walk from the old town, about 20 minutes. It's a pleasant walk but you wouldn't want to do it several times a day. To compensate there is an authentic beer garden attached to a local brewery about 5 minutes from the hotel as well as an Italian deli serving quality coffee, cornetti, panini...

A comfortable, contemporary room, with all the facilities, including: an excellent bed and beautiful bed linen; additional firm pillows available; a long bench top for tea/coffee making and laptop; very good office chair and arm chair; plenty of power outlets; good ensuite bathroom; and hanging space for clothes. The relaxing lounge-bar on the ground floor offers snacks, half-price ‘Happy Hour’ drinks (5pm to 7pm every day), and a large assortment of different chairs, couches and small tables. Breakfast is available for €16 per person. Three options are offered for storing bikes: * locked on bars outside * garage parking spot * in room

The property was fantastic, met the needs of our location. The frustrating part was when we wanted to extend our stay another couple of days we were told they would charge us more than double the room rate we were paying. We left but we had a great experience. The staff were friendly and responded to our request for ironing board and iron. I had to take it to room but very grateful to receive the amenities.
The property met our needs.

Pleasant, clean room with standard amenities. The hotel itself is fairly new and has a modern feel. The staff were friendly, and there is parking as well as an electric vehicle charging station under the hotel—though understandably, these come at an extra cost. The city center isn’t far; it takes less than 10 minutes to get there by bike. Despite the nearby railway and a main road, the room was perfectly quiet.
