Convenient location for the train station, university, city, etc. I had a quiet room on the back of the building, with big windows and a mini-fridge. Staff were happy to provide an electric kettle on request for making tea, etc.

Some surfaces were a bit dusty on my arrival, but the bathroom was clean. Some things looked like they were aging a bit, but the price was correspondingly lower than elsewhere, so the overall value was good. Overall I had a good experience and I would certainly stay there again.

Very good position for walking into town (15 to 20 mins). Good parking - a few outdoor spaces and the underground carpark are accessed via Bischof-von-Henle-Straße. Friendly lady on reception. Good breakfast, served in the conservatory. Clean room, good curtains, free water.

The bathroom could do with an update - very high bath to climb over to get to the shower, and some black bits round the tiles, though otherwise clean.

Fantastic hotel. Located nearby the train/bus station so you can take from there in 10 minutes by foot or even less by bus. Amazing and helpful service, they can answer on any of your questions. Nice room with all needed. Breakfast is also great, for around €17 per person it is tasty and healthy. While eating breakfast we were seating on the terrace with amazing peaceful view on inner garden.

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance from Regensburg central train station (c. 10 minutes) and the major tourist attractions in the city centre, about 15 minutes, about 5 minutes off the A93 motorway for those arriving by car. Friendly and professional welcome by reception staff; the double room we were assigned to was in perfect condition with very comfortable beds.

The refrigerator inside the room was a tad loud.

The staff (especially the male server in the breakfast area) is very friendly and eager to make sure you have a great stay. Delicious breakfast, good coffee. If you are okay with staying outside of the city center (15-20min walking or 10-15min by bus), it's a perfect stay. I will definitely come again.

Hotel is close to the train station and town centre, clean and comfy beds, delicious breakfast, locked parking for reasonable price - special thanks to Andrea who greeted us in our own language and shared some info of the town what to see with children, she’s amazing.

Feel like we were back in the early 90’s, based on the design and amenities. We were missing tea and coffee facilities, no smart tv (or the ability to mirror phone to tv), no usb or wireless phone charging points. The extra bed fitted only for one child, we had to bring up our own travel bed for my second child.

Huge room.

Next to TÜV, and there was some renovation, so it was quite noisy when we opened the windows - which was necessary in summer because there is no air-conditioning in the room.

Comfortable, spacious & quiet corner room located at the rear side of hotel. Good bathroom & shower. Side door entrance next to stairs provides convenient access when reception was closed.

Close enough to centre and far enough also so as to be a good walk.

The internet connectivity. Could not connect to use use proxy server.

Easy access to station, wide room and confortable carpet floor inside.

No Bus stops nearby, bathroom stall was short, and the water often drops outside the bathtub.
