First the personale in the reception who welcome me & my husband was nice, accommodating & beautiful indeed. She gave us all the information we need . Our room was clean & smell so good. It’s a walking distance to the centrum. They clean our room everyday although I dont want them to do so. There was free coffee & a kettle 👍😃

There was a child in our room neighbour who screamed a lot , so disturbing early in the morning. I did complained to the staff & they responded nice & willing to give us another room but my husband refused anyway. 😂Luckily our neighbor was check out the next day.

Room and hotel is super clean and very modern, hotel feels like 5 stars, it’s just giving good energy. Breakfast options are amazing, so much to choose from and it feels like I’m having a village breakfast with the fresh options that were available. It’s just a 5 min drive to the main town area, and easily accessible. Just book here, we were only here for a night as we were driving from the UK to Turkey, but we 100 percent made the most of our stay!! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a clean, safe and luxury hotel.

If there was just tooth paste in the room, other than that everything was perfect

The beds are confortable, the location is very good - in a 12' walk you are at Central Station - a supermarket and a small coffee shop are just around the corner, breakfast is very good as well!

Although the standard room was quite small, and the position of the shower was a little bit too close to the glass wall, there was everything I needed in the room. The only thing I really didn't like was the time of check in: too late in the afternoon when you are coming to Regensburg early in the morning and you are only given a room after 3 p.m. and this will not be for sure... I had to speak up to get them to give me the room. It helped!

We keep staying here overnight on our way across Europe - this could have been our fourth time or so. The hotel is easy to reach, it is at a nice distance from the city centre. The rooms are modern, simple and clean, breakfast (included in the price) is good, but the staff is an absolute star of the show. Especially Guiseppe, who knows his job well and does it impeccably. He welcomes us at the reception desk late in the evenings, he warms our hearts and makes us feel at home. Modern hotels can rarely be characterised as soulful, but that is exactly what Giuseppe adds to this one.

My family and I had two rooms, a room for two and a room for three called Family. Everything was clean and functional for a short stay, breakfast was plentiful, although the dining room sometimes lacks capacity, which can be unpleasant. The center is within walking distance.

The double room was fine, but the "family" room would have been much better with a comfortable bed for a third person or a bunk bed for two, not just a sofa bed. I think for the price, which is quite high, each guest deserves a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was fine.

One of the staff friendliness. We have requested company invoice, I have registered in written way on their form when we arrived. Next morning I told the another staff member the fact my registration and invoice request. She raised her voiced and told me "Stop" - to finish my argument. We had to wrote down again the company address. What a rude reaction !? After that she picked up the phone during our negotiation in the backoffice. I wanted to leave as soon as possible after this situation.

A good hotel that met expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The rooms are standard in size for most similar hotels and in the price category - just enough so that you don't want to stay in the room and go for a walk around beautiful Regensburg. We were with a dog and there was an excellent walking route nearby for a morning dog walk along the new residential complexes. The train schedule, of course, does not coincide with the time of check-in and check-out from the hotel, but in both cases the hotel kindly took our luggage into the storage room, which allowed us to walk around the beautiful city, thank you very much for that. The description of the room indicated a hairdryer, but it was not available - upon request at the reception they gave it to us for free, although it was written at the counter that they would give it to us for 20 euros, the situation looks strange, but since it was resolved quite satisfactorily for us, we consider this some kind of system glitch.

The hotel is located among new buildings, and therefore there is a lot of asphalt and few trees around, or rather, they simply have not grown yet. And the breakfast selection was very limited; we were somehow counting on scrambled eggs and German sausages. But overall, this is a very decent budget option for visiting Regensburg.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet the city centre is also nearby (the castle was circa 10 min far, the bridge 25 min). The room was spacious, great outdoor and indoor blinds, so they blocked not only light but also noise from the street. Inside parking is large, and you can access it by lift from the hotel. Breakfast was good, it offers a variety of products.

We missed a fridge, and the parking fee is quite expensive.

Location. Close to train station and close to all places of interest. Room for bicycle storage.

We stayed for 6 days. If you stay for a couple of days breakfast is boring. Always the same. Cheese selection poor. Eggs and scrambled eggs cold. Tea selection eg Darjeeling tea ran out and was not refilled. NO explanation for bicycle storage. Not sufficient room for storage of clothing.

Air conditioned nice room was heaven on a hot day! Room was also tidy, beds were nice and could block light and sounds from the street. Had a good sleep. Location is quite good as it is close to the railway station.

Breakfast was alright, but it maybe misswe a few things like bacon...
