The staff was VERY friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location is very central. The room was very clean and well furnished. The AC worked well, as did all the facilities. We could have breakfast delivered to our room via room service and the breakfast was very good.

Very minor and only specific to our room: the AC was a bit hard to "hit" with the remote, and when you miss, the remote will, e.g., say "on" even though it's still off. This was easily managed, but it would have been nice with some instructions because, at first, we did not realize the AC had not turned on.

Extremely well located but a bit of a hike from the central train station - consider a taxi. This hotel is right smack in the middle of the tourist area so lots of shops, restaurants and easy access to the river for Walhalla.

They offer WiFi but in reality, there is none. My wife used her mobile phone to create a hotspot on the laptop and then we were able to use the internet but it does eat up those gigabytes from the esim.

This centrally located hotel is the perfect place from which to experience Regensburg! The Dom is directly next to the hotel and everything else is a quick walk. It took us 15 minutes to walk with our bags from the train station. The staff are perhaps the friendliest and most helpful that we have encountered. They offer free water to fill your bottles, have a very nice courtyard in view of a popular mural (see photo), and breakfast is complete and in an enjoyable room. We would have liked to come back for the popular jazz performances in the same room. This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Regensburg - they even have an elevator!

Everything! Perfect location directly in the historic district; hotel has historic ambiance with a contemporary flair! Excellent service and exceptionally clean! Photos I shared are of our room , 341, the breakfast room (not the lobby) and views of the little Innenhof (courtyard).

The location was great, very near to amenities and sites. I am not very mobile but managed perfectly. The breakfast was very nice, a good selection to cater for all tastes. The room was charming and very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Room was a good size, good shower, nice breakfast, the fan in the room given the temperatures was a nice touch.

The hotel is very hard to find by car, and the directions we got given to the parking lot (a good 10-minute walk) once we had checked in were incorrect.

Location is excellent for seeing the sights and finding restaurants. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was spacious and unique. Loved the little extras: free water dispenser in the lobby, face cloths in the bathroom, welcome bottle of water in the room.

Still had to take a flight of stairs after the elevator. The room was on the top floor and was hot when we arrived and it took quite a while for the air conditioner to catch up. Several small windows did not have curtains or blinds so the room wasn't as dark as I'd like for sleeping.

We loved the hotel with its traditional yet slightly artsy style. Right in the middle of the old town. Stayed in the family suite on the top floor of the main building, which was very large and comfortable (incl. AC). Lovely breakfast. Found the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Will certainly come back!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was superb and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Would recommend this hotel. The breakfast is the morning was an excellent bonus too.

The room and beds were very comfortable and the location could not be better. Right in the heart of Regensburg walking distance to everything, they were helpful with storing our bikes and recommending where to eat and tour for our short time. Excellent Breakfast!
