Apartment is the PERFECT location. If you want to experience Regensburg, this apartment is exceptional. Two large bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. Equipped kitchen. The apartment is in the historical district within walking distance to everything. There are restaurants and bars within a few feet. If you book a historical tour, they will meet you at the apartment. The apartment resides on a restricted street. If you are driving, you can still pull up outside of the apartment to unload. Just don't leave your car unattended. Parking is about 1/2 mile away. Easy walk.

The owner was fantastic. The apartment was great. Wonderful location. We were so glad to see Regensburg. The whole process was smooth. We came in late afternoon (early evening) and the owner (Alwin) initially was going to hand the key over to us but because it was Euro Cup, we ended up picking up the keys from the Italian restaurant around the corner (10 second walk). The room was spacious, with kitchen, 1.5 baths, a living room and one bedroom. Our kids had the living room and the beds were already made up for us. There was a coffee maker (a necessity for our vacation). Had great pizza from the Italian restaurant while we watched the Euro Cup. Parking was free at am Winterhafen but because of Euro Cup, it was PACKED. We drove around and around looking for an empty, legal spot. Glad we were patient because when we went the next day to get the car, the police were there ticketing cars not parked in a legal spot.

Parking was a lot farther than we thought but it was free.

The location in Old Town was superb. The living facilities were comfortable and the apartment was well-stocked. We appreciated that they were able to accommodate with enough beds for a family of 6. The owner and his son were very kind and responsive to questions. Check in/out was a breeze!

We didn't realize the apartment was on the 4th floor. We had suitcases and it was not easy to bring them up after a 20 minute walk with them from the train station! But this is a minor detail and not anyone's fault.

Lovely character apartment in the centre of the old town of Regensberg. The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay. Easy to gain access as the host has a business downstairs.

Flights of stairs up to the apartment, but we knew of the issue before booking. There is quite a bit of street noise on the weekends, as the apartment is near many restaurants and bars. These were minor issues which didn't detract from our enjoyment of the apartment.

Really nice, very well-equipped apartment half a block from the cathedral in the centre of the old town. Close to buses, shops, restaurants, and everything you might want to visit. Comes with a dishwasher and a laundry area with a drier. The hosts were great, and even the sofabed was comfortable.

Note that it's about 3 floors up, with no elevator

A fabulous stay, wish we had more time! Our stay at Palazzo am dom was really lovely. It was centrally located, spacious and well maintained. The apartment was well equipped and exceeded expectations for our 1 night stay. Regensburg was also a lovely little town and our only complaint is that we wish we had another night to explore. We will be back and would happily stay here.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The beds were very good. The 3 flights up a bit of a challenge when older but Alwin was kind in helping with a case. No actual washing machine in the apartment which we expected via booking information but again Alwin obliged letting us use his and had to ask for iron and ironing board....nothing serious but we did expect these things to be in the apartment. The location was excellent and easy to find. We walked easily to and from the train station.

Location was excellent! The space was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely helpful before our arrival helping us plan out the logistics of our stay. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

It was a perfect stay! I really liked the apartments, absolutely clean, comfortable and nice :) It is in 5 mins to best restaurants, including Michelin restaurants, there are some nice antique and souvenir shops.

Better instructions on how to arrive via car (i.e. how to drop off and pick up luggage) would be appreciated as the car has to be parked remotely. Mattresses larger than base underneath providing less adequate support on edges of bed.
