This very modern apartment was perfect for two couples of friends visiting Regensburg. It was spacious with a good kitchen ( dishwasher, oven, enough plates and cutlery for 4 persons) dining room table, a terrace and two bathrooms (one large en-suite with a jacuzzi). It is well appointed for a short or long stay including a washing machine and a dryer. We picked up the keys at the reception desk where a very helpful lady is on site to make for a smooth check-in. There is an underground parking. We did not use a car to access the historical center of town preferring the lovely 15 minutes walk along the Danube river. The apartment is very quiet but on a summer weekend some noise can be heard from the streets at night. It should not be problem when windows are closed: the building has excellent insulation. The neighborhood is residential but there is good pizzeria on the corner (it was fully booked due to its popularity but we took a take-out). Apartment much recommended for the quality of its modern features, location and services!

The location of the property is great. It’s a 15-20 min walk along the river to the centre. The rooms are large and comfortable and it had everything we needed. Staff were helpful although be aware there is no one to help or answer questions over the weekend. There was an emergency number for things like a broken pipe etc but not for general queries. We paid a little extra for late check out which was great.

It was quite warm when we were there and at night it was very warm in the property. We thought it had air con but only the 4th floor seems to have air con.

Flat is just a must, with wonderful conditions. The quality of the materials of the flat are high standard. The bedroom with the jacuzzi tub is very good. For sure is a place to repeat. The kitchen has almost everything regarding tools, glasses, etc. Also they have perfect glasses who like to drink some good wine!

The internet needs to be improved, the speed is really slow. As a suggestion, it'd be good if you could give 2 card to enter into the flat.

Very large apartment, air conditioned & what felt like under floor heating, everything controlled by the numerous panels around the apartment made it very easy. Lovely large balcony & many chairs including spares in the wardrobe for guests.

The jets of the bath jacuzzi needed to have been cleaned as when I turned them on they pumped out some build up of dirt as it seems they hadn't been used/cleaned in a while but it was fine I just had to empty & refill the bath.

Apartment was modern, clean and comfortable with many amenities, like a whirlpool tub and sauna. It also had a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. A nice place to stay.

A bit of a walk to the old town and the train station, but would be perfect for travelers with bikes.

Well located and clean apartment. Good quality appliance s, bedding etc. Airconditioning is only for the top floor apartments and not on lower floors. It has reserved parking.

Quite noisy at times. Goods train moving in the early hours of the morning. And opposite there's a club, which was noisy in the run up to the weekend

The interiors were too good. Was peaceful with river view. The accomodation has everything like washing machine to dishwasher inside the room itself.

Bus stop was 550m away. Little difficult with luggage and cold weather. But it is okay. I don't think it is a big disadvantage as it is anyhow less than a km.

The apartment was really well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately we couldn't use the hot tub as black debris came out of the jets.

Everything, we will be back for sure and I already recommended the apartment to friends and colleagues from Regensburg for when they have others visiting. Very convenient, all you need is in the apartment. It is spot on clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area, 20 min walk to city center, 10 to shopping center. Truly one of our best stays in Regensburg. And many thanks to the staff for their support, most helpful!

We liked everything. Code is sent via SMS, it provides access to building and parking area, then in the apartment. Code is „room number“, then „enter“( bottom right), then 6 digits sequence. To enter the room only the 6 digit code is needed. Everything is explained and easy to follow unless you‘re tired and impatient as I was.
