The hotel was walking distance from the old town. It has very quiet rooms and fantastic breakfast. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

The music in the lobby was for the 20 year olds. It gave us a headache.

The design of the common areas and rooms are exceptional for a chain hotel. Staff are helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were good. It is not in the centre of town, but a 10 minute walk to the train station on 15/20 minutes to the core of the old city.

We were on the top floor and near to noisy external air conditioning units and the lift. We drowned out some of the noise with our own room’s A/C and ear plugs. Not very satisfactory for a hotel of this sort. Judging by the staff’s reaction, we weren’t the first people to complain about this!

Fairly standard European city hotel room - could be anywhere. Good breakfast. Easy 15 minute level walk from station and 20 minute level walk into town. Would be fairly disappointed if this hotel could not accommodate us if we were revisiting town.

Nothing special, just a comfortable standard modern layout room with no particular character. Possibly a little out of centre of town.

The room was spacious and clean, and the overall experience was great. I used the gym too. The shower drain was not working but we were able to take a shower in the tub. bathroom was clean and beautifully done. We would stay here again. Iliked the fact that there was a coffee maschine and an electric kettle.

There was nothing i didnt like.

The hotel is close enough to the main train station. The room was spacious and faced a courtyard and was quiet. The common areas of the hotel were modern and comfy. The breakfast was good, above average. The hotel staff were fairly friendly.

The staff could be more engaged. The breakfast staff literally pushed you out five minutes prior to the end time. The fitness room is small.

Great and interesting interior design at reception and restaurant, amazing breakfast with great selection of meals and interesting recipes solutions, very clean room, towels, bed linen, very friendly staff, rituals as toiletries, proximity to autobahn but yet quiet

Absolutely inconvenient sink in the bathroom, sliding door to the toilet, one big blanket for two (prefer separate ones), sofa is a bit narrow and a bit short (may be ok for a kid and is a bit tight for an adult), no slippers in the room, no parking for free

It was about 1 mile from old town. Bus stop right out front. Room was warm and air conditioning could not be turned on. Duvet was very heavy. Asked for a lighter one. Had to sleep with window open. Was quite noisy. Breakfast was very expensive. Nice bakery next door. Great shower and towels. Jada refrigerator in the room.

1. Excellent breakfasts. Plenty of choice between hot and cold food. Freshly squeezed orange juice available. Smoked salmon, lemon slice with horseradish cream was an unexpected bonus. Scrambled eggs good, so not the congealed mass you find in many hotels. 2. The Front Office staff undergoing hospitality internships were noticeably better at handling guests' queries and requests, than employees unfamiliar with the hospitality business. 3. Plenty of tourist information (folders) and suggestions available at the Front Office. 4. Quiet room I requested was quiet and overlooked a roof garden. 5. Hangers can be removed from the cupboard. 6. Windows can be opened at an angle. 7. Good airco. 8. Restaurant (Gold & Brown) offers Levantine-style cuisine. Niche. Interesting menu options. (Did not dine). 9. Blackout curtains were effective (necessary on hot sunny days).

1. Room had clearly not been vacuumed on arrival. After pointing this out, the Hotel Manageress ensured my room, bathroom and WC were spotlessly clean after that. 2. Breakfasts are relatively expensive (EUR 23 p.p.) compared with EUR 19 p.p. in, say, Austrian hotels. 3. No complimentary welcome drink. 4. Bar staff were a bit too serious. They could be more welcoming. No attempt to build up a rapport with hotel guests. 5. One member of Front Office staff insisted that certain facilities were not available when in fact I knew they were. 6. No ironing facilities in room, just an ironing room (accessible on request). 7. One of the two lifts was out of order during stay. No urgency to repair.

Brilliant location. Comfy beds and clean rooms. There’s an amazing Italian restaurant just down the street and the hotel restaurant is also excellent. Loved the decor in the lobby. Excellent parking underground too.

Nothing it was exactly what we wanted.

Big room. Nice reception staff. Location and quiet. A huge and comfortable to drive underground parking lot. Possibility to keep the car in the garrage some time after check-out. Good breakfast.

Small bathroom. A separate toilet is a good idea but it was missing a small basin to wash your hands.
