Staff, location, hotel, food all beyond expectation. From initial chat at the desk to breakfast all was perfect. I can not recommend this hotel more highly. The information on the bus to altstadt to innformation within the hotel, they really could not have been more helpful. We went for the superior room, which is huge and very well layed out with practical sockets and USB ports throughout the room. The 7 bus is right outside the hotel and 11 a 2 min walk and delivers at the stone bridge.

The location was perfect, near the main road. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but drove to the nearby village where a great bakery provided us with a fabulous breakfast. Room was comfy, especially the bottle of water came handy. Staff tried their best to accomodate our request for a quiet room. Would stay here again!

Unfortunately a wedding was on, and although we were on the top floor, and the staff tried to allocate us a quiet room the music was audible. Luckily for us, shortly after midnight they stopped playing the music. Best check ahead if you plan to stay here at the weekend, or you want a quiet night after a very long drive (like us). Otherwise it is a very nice place to stay!

Nice hotel, great room and very clean. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of choices. They had a private event (birthday party, with a DJ) at the bar when we arrived, and they were very worried about us being uncomfortable from the noise; if I didn't see the party, I would've never known there was one. Nothing was heared from the room (1st floor). Also, close to the Autobahn.

The room was clean and spacious, also the bathroom. The breakfast room was big enough and the food was good. The hotel is located in a quiet area about 6 km out the old town. Parking space was O.K. (we arrived around 2 p.m. and we were able to choose), but I noticed that in the evening was completely full (a lot of vans). There's also an underground garage, but we haven't checked it.

The location might be a problem for someone without a car, but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

We travelled with my family via Regensburg and we needed a place to stop and sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. The rooms and the entire hotel were extremely clean and pleasant. They also serve a fantastic breakfast (similar to five star hotels). On our return journey, we decided to stay again in the hotel. We would return. We also liked the social purpose of the hotel. Amazing service overall.

I have enjoyed the hotel very much, foremost because of the wonderful people that work there and every single time, when I will be passing through Regensburg, I will come to this very special place. At the check-out, when I realized how especially hard-working and remarkable people who working there are, I felt truly moved. Thank you for this hotel and this lovely experience of great business and even greater human kindness!

There is nothing in this hotel that could be better, and you, my dear reader, should come here, before to any other place in the city. Do not miss the opportunity to experience something special and something very nice!

Room was very nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options. Staff were very friendly. The hotel has a gym with a weight rack, Smith machine, and treadmill, which provides good options of exercises if you want to keep active during your stay. Despite its location, there's a bus stop (with regular service even in late hours) right in front of the hotel that will take you to the city centre in under 20mn.

Extremely comfortable hotel; despite the fancy private clinic-style architecture, it never felt sterile or impersonal. Bathrooms a masterpiece of attractive accessible design that brought no compromises for the able-bodied. Terrific breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

In a suburb-industrial park area that is a bit nowhere; it was at least quiet and reasonably green. Restaurant closed when we visited, but staff very helpful to guests ordering delivery. Door to the room required a good bit of power to close properly. No refrigerator in room.

A superb, very high quality hotel. The hotel is new and every part of it is of exceptional quality; the room was amazing! Staff were brilliant with English spoken. The breakfast was outstanding, the biggest and most varied choice we have experienced. It’s also gratifying to know about the hotel’s inclusive policy in terms of staffing. We have cancelled our return trip hotel booking and booked the Includio instead!

It is adapted for people with disabilities but is a perfect place for all. And even dogs are welcome. It is also very clean and new plus the staff are really friendly and the breakfast is very good
