I liked the check-in process. It was straightforward and secure. The hotel owners called my phone while I was on my way to Regensburg by train, to let me know that I could check-in when I arrived. My flight was very early and they accommodated me. The room was clean and warm, with plenty of room to place your belongings. The bathroom had underfloor heating. I loved the experience and would definitely recommend to others. It was quiet with a warm homely feeling and the staff are friendly. Thanks for making my stay a great one.

I have no regrets, all was good.

Pretty good location, only 30 minutes by foot to old town, bus stop is nearby. Quiet despite being close to railroad. Bed and pillow are pretty comfortable for me. Little kitchen was nice too.

Now, what i really needed was more light. There were like 4 lamps but if i wanted to cook something it wasn't enough for kitchen corner. Electric stove top was a bit difficult to manage. Wifi was a bit wavy.

Great and modern check in option, very convenient for any time arrivals. Very clean and excellent beds. The beds felt like a warm hug, absolutely brilliant.

The location wasn’t great as it was on the outskirts but it was very convenient in my case as we were on a long trip, however for people wishing to visit the city centre I do not think that this might be greatest option.

Room was comfortable for our long-term stay. Perfect size room and kitchenette. Cleaning staff was amazing!! So friendly and always willing to help.

The entrance was hard to find and we had a few people approach us late at night in the dark parking lot asking for rides or money.

Clean and modern. Easy to get into town using public transport, the number 10 bus goes from the road outside. Regensburg is a beautiful town with cobbled streets and interesting architecture. Definitely worth a visit. Loads of free parking spaces outside.

It was a hot day, the windows had been closed all day with the curtains open so it was like an oven. A small fan was provided but it didn't reduce the temperature much. The sheets were thin and synthetic adding to an already uncomfortable night. I'm sure on another day, this won't be such a problem.

Clean and comfortable room, actually it exceeded my expectations, its better than it seems in the pictures. Close to bus stop. Would stay again

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, I came from the front yard and it seemed a casino. The entrance is from the backyard. Would be usefull if there can be a sign. Also would like to have water wanding machine or something at the hotel

Self check in/out, free car parking, clean and warm rooms (in winter), not too far from city center.

No kettle in room or kitchen, dodgy surroundings (casino/bar).

The room was much bigger than I had expected, communication with the staff (I had an extra request) was super easy and fast, checkin was fully automated and simple. I picked the location for an event nearby and it was perfectly situated with a bus stop right there and a Rewe supermarket in walking distance. Shower was big, waterpressure and temperature perfect.

Easy to get to from the motorway,plenty of parking. Easy check in and dog friendly. A couple of restaurants 10 minutes by walking and a 10 minute drive to the centre of Regensburg.

Very nice, clean and modern accommodation, quick online communication with the staff. Personally we loved the self check-in kiosk.

Everything is kinda far away, keep that in mind. Nearest restaurant around 1 km.
