We had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel's quiet location near the train station and its beautiful garden made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Spacious aparment. Very good contact with an owner and staff. They were helpful and willing to help even if their hands were tied a bit.

A bit cold for me as placed on a ground floor with a tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Not easy to warm I guess. Recomend to warm up earlier while in winter or cold days. After 2 days was warm enough. Small refrigerator with even smaller freezer but if you do not need much space for meals it's fair enough, I guess.

1. The location is great, 5 mins from the train station. 2. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. 3. No need to interact with people when checking in/out. 4. Tea and coffee + kettle for the guests for free.

1. There were stains on the sofa, as well as on the cooking surfaces and utensils. 2. The kitchen was lacking basic utensils. 3. The dishwasher was out of order and quite dirty, with unwashed dishes left inside — presumably from previous guests. 4. The tap had issues: it started leaking and made strange noises at random times. We were told it’s due to hot water pressure in summer, but we've never experienced anything like that at other places we’ve stayed. 5. Because of all these issues, we weren’t really able to use the kitchen. Although we were offered the option to use the shared kitchen downstairs, we had booked the suite specifically for the convenience of a private kitchen. 6. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We weren’t informed about this in advance, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. When we asked if it could be fixed, the owner mentioned he could try restarting the router, but that the real issue was with the wiring and likely wouldn’t be resolved for another two weeks. As guests from abroad, this made things quite difficult and costly due to roaming charges.
