Great location right next to the Rhein, with super friendly staff and a lovely Italian restaurant nearby. Accommodation was super spacious and comfortable for families, provided by an interconnected room. The hotel used to have a pancake machine which is no longer in service, but at breakfast, the staff even made "pancakes" for my boys :D - absolutely TIP TOP service, it made their day - thank you!!!

This hotel is getting better. Rooms are clean, personnel is doing good job. The localisation is great, on the bank of the river. Good for walks, running or glass of wine. Breakfast could be better. 2-3 not bad restaurants very close.

Breakfast is the weakest point of this hotel. Yes, you have eggs, some sausages, cheese, bread, some coffee, but very basics and nothing special. No real choice of vegetables and fruits.

Hotel is nicely positioned just a ten minute walk to the historic old town of Monheim. Multi storey car park at the rear of the hotel was perfect to safely leave the car. Staff were helpful at check in and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. We stayed here for 1 night as a break in our journey

Cleanliness, quiet, we didn't have much contact with staff but when we did they were friendly, self check in was very quick and easy, breakfast buffet had a variety of options good value for money.

Missed a mini fridge in the toom, road works in the area had us going around a bit with GPS

we booked this hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. we gets 2 rooms next to each other. in the room we had a door so we could go from room to room. so we used the 2 rooms as 1 big room. for that were happy with our stay

The breakfast was so complete, fruit, juices, eggs, yogurt, bread, and so on. The room was extremely comfortable and very practical. Would have love to stay more than one night.

It took us a while to get there from the city center, but we were aware of this, so not really an big issue for us.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff member at check-in was friendly. He required some assistance from his peer but all went well. It is located right along the Rhine River in a business center. We drove a couple of miles and found a great little restaurant.

The check-in process was slow as the line was long upon arrival. It seems like there could be a better way.

Great welcoming experience by the gentleman at the reception desk. All went better than expected. I found the room as expected, clean and very well lit up. Comfortable bed and good supply of bedlinen and towels

Breakfast on the second day was terrible, with hardly any cooked breakfast left to put on the plate. It took them over an hour to replace the cooked breakfast options. I also had to ask to replenish milk and orange juice. No ham at the time either. I nearly left without any breakfast!
