Great hotel, ideal located in a peaceful part of town, close to public transport and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The staff are very helpful and friendly and our room was fantastic with a super-comfy bed and a great walk-in shower. Also great value-for-money. A bonus is that you could have a free drink at the bar instead of having your room cleaned by housekeeping. Highly recommended.

Although there is a coffee station on every floor, the only type of coffee available is decaf. Moreover, our floor had no milk, cookies or sugar sachets so I had to go to another floor to fetch some.

The location is great, very central in the city. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, in particular Miri, Lio and Donna. The room is small, but has everything you need.

My room was near the reception, and they would keep the door separating the rooms to the reception open all the time. Even if we closed, someone would open, which made it very loudly... During the evening trying to work, or early in the morning if you wanted to sleep a little bit more... or even at the night, as there is a bar in the reception... Also, the breakfast from Ruby Luna is way better than Ruby Leni.

Lovely big room. Very comfortable bed. Fridge and coffee maker in the room, fantastic. Great shower and toiletries. The staff were very friendly and we loved sitting in the bar. Very good security as the lifts would only work with a room pass so strangers couldn't just wander in. Good location for walking to the main shopping area. Also, there's a small shop and two supermarkets closeby. Underground parking was perfect, and good value for money, since the weather was very cold during our stay.

There really isn't anything we would complain about but we didn't use the breakfast option because one of us is not a big breakfast eater and thought €20 was a little too expensive unless you were eating a lot. Other people on the reviews here recommended Rosie's restaurant just around the corner so we went there for brunch and it was delicious.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Dusseldorf. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. There was a large bar / breakfast area which we did not use, but it looked good.

There was a club / party nearby at the side of our room that had music until super late (at least 3 in the night). Therefore we had to close the window and sleep with earplugs to be not disturbed by the noise. I would recommend to ask for a quiet room if possible.

The hotel is well located near the city centre. The room was white and clean in contrast with lobby and corridors that are mainly decorated in black. Interesting design of public areas. Self check-in and check-out. Boiling water tap, tea and instant coffee are available in a separate room on the floor (there is also a vending machine with cold drinks) and Nespresso - in the room. Good breakfast with a variety of cold dishes options (soft and hard-boiled eggs are the only hot dishes), except tea and coffeev .

The pillows are lumpy and hard. Until late it is noisy on the street near the bar and the doors also close with a bang, which interferes at night.

A very modern and well-run hotel with an original, individual touch, though I thought the dark wall coverings made the spacious entrance and dining area a little bit gloomy. Friendly and helpful staff, who were patient with my getting to grips with the modern digital check-in! The room (a “Cosy”) was very comfortable, clean and modern with enough space and some details which made the room feel less impersonal than in others I’ve stayed in. Shower and toilet are built into the room with glass walls, the toilet walls with milk glass. Breakfast was good. Central city setting. Could park my bike in the hotel’s underground carpark, chained it to a railing.

Keep the theme by all means, but the entrance hall and dining area needs brightening up a little! Otherwise everything was fine!

It looked amazing both in the rooms and common area. The staff was also exceptional, a big thank you to the staff especially the ones in the note. Our stay was made 10x better by meeting Alex and the rest and just talking for a quick chat!

Sometimes the rooms got quite cold and we heard the sounds from outside quite a lot , we had some builders right outside our room (516)

The location is absolutely perfect - tucked away from the bustling central streets of Dusseldorf,but a swift 10 minutes walk from the shopping area and next to many good restaurants.The cozy and chic lobby/bar is very inviting,with a pool table and a mini fusball table.The staff is great and the free drink in exchange for declining maid service is such a good idea.

If you’re not travelling with people you are very close with,the bathroom set-up will be awkward and uncomfortable as it provides almost no privacy.Otherwise the room is comfortable and well thought out despite being on the small side.

Just 2 persons was friendly – boy at the bar and hostess girl - because of exhibition days the rooms prices was very high. Even in case if you book the room in 6 month before arriving.

We were welcomed by a very nice staff member and were already able to check it after arriving around 11-12 am, which was great. The room was looks very cleanly and had some fun quirky decorations. The rain shower is great. The breakfast (Sundays 7am to 11 am) is very tasty and has so many options. Great coffee, multiple nice varieties of bread, fresh fruit, cereals and lots of breads toppings (meats, cheeses and many veggie options too).
