Nice location 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Altstadt, similar distance to the main train station (or a 5 minute tram or bus) Lovely hotel with a quirky style.Bright airy room with a galley communal kitchen on every other floor for complimentary tea and coffee and a vending machine for snacks. Good transport network around the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Liked the free drink at the bar instead of getting the room cleaned.

Demolition of the building next door started early (only affected the Monday morning 07.15 as was off for the weekend). Someone set off a fire alarm at 2.15 am on the Saturday night by smoking in their room apparently. Obviously these issues are no fault of the hotel. We felt 20 euros each for breakfast was a bit steep. Some people may not like the glass box in the room style shower!

The aesthetic of the hotel was really nice. I enjoyed the free tea and coffee in the galley. The bed was comfortable and the shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing. Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Didn't use the bar but looked lovely, seemed like a good place to hangout.

There was a construction site next door, luckily we didn't hear much from it and it definitely wasn't going at night. The bathroom situation is interesting, there is no seperate room for the bathroom, more of a partition so it did make using the toilet interesting. I wouldn't recommend it if you're staying with someone you don't know well 😅

I stayed at Ruby Leni during my trip to see AC/DC and The Pretty Reckless, and this hotel was a perfect match. The hotel has a really rock-n-roll vibe, I truly felt like a rock star backstage before a big concert. The room was stylish and comfortable, there was even a Marshall amplifier in the room! Only regret: I didn’t bring my guitar with me 😊 Online check-in was super convenient, and I picked up my key card at the reception in just a moment. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options. Overall, a perfect stay. I’ll definitely be back next time

Ruby Leni is located in a great area - you can walk everywhere, there are plenty of restaurants around and the main train station is only a 15-minute walk away. I also liked the overall vibe of the hotel, the decor (something between industrial and modern) and the cleanliness.

Personally, it didn't bother me, but you have to bear in mind that there are parties at the hotel on weekends, so if you don't like loud events and crowds of people, you might be unpleasantly surprised. In addition, it can be loud outside, especially on warm summer evenings when everyone goes out.

Great hotel, ideal located in a peaceful part of town, close to public transport and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The staff are very helpful and friendly and our room was fantastic with a super-comfy bed and a great walk-in shower. Also great value-for-money. A bonus is that you could have a free drink at the bar instead of having your room cleaned by housekeeping. Highly recommended.

Although there is a coffee station on every floor, the only type of coffee available is decaf. Moreover, our floor had no milk, cookies or sugar sachets so I had to go to another floor to fetch some.

My go-to hotel on my regular visits to Dusseldorf. Clean and spacious rooms, bar open 24/7 with great cocktails, live music and pool table but above all the staff in this hotel are as good as anywhere I've stayed around the world. They are absolutely fantastic and make it feel a home away from home for me any time I stay here. Each of them are so friendly, helpful and really look after the guests. Shoutout to Susi, Kevin, Thomas and Alex in the bar. See you again soon.

The location is great, very central in the city. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, in particular Miri, Lio and Donna. The room is small, but has everything you need.

My room was near the reception, and they would keep the door separating the rooms to the reception open all the time. Even if we closed, someone would open, which made it very loudly... During the evening trying to work, or early in the morning if you wanted to sleep a little bit more... or even at the night, as there is a bar in the reception... Also, the breakfast from Ruby Luna is way better than Ruby Leni.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Dusseldorf. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. There was a large bar / breakfast area which we did not use, but it looked good.

There was a club / party nearby at the side of our room that had music until super late (at least 3 in the night). Therefore we had to close the window and sleep with earplugs to be not disturbed by the noise. I would recommend to ask for a quiet room if possible.

Lovely big room. Very comfortable bed. Fridge and coffee maker in the room, fantastic. Great shower and toiletries. The staff were very friendly and we loved sitting in the bar. Very good security as the lifts would only work with a room pass so strangers couldn't just wander in. Good location for walking to the main shopping area. Also, there's a small shop and two supermarkets closeby. Underground parking was perfect, and good value for money, since the weather was very cold during our stay.

There really isn't anything we would complain about but we didn't use the breakfast option because one of us is not a big breakfast eater and thought €20 was a little too expensive unless you were eating a lot. Other people on the reviews here recommended Rosie's restaurant just around the corner so we went there for brunch and it was delicious.

It looked amazing both in the rooms and common area. The staff was also exceptional, a big thank you to the staff especially the ones in the note. Our stay was made 10x better by meeting Alex and the rest and just talking for a quick chat!
