Situated 20 mins drive from the airport, this hotel is ideally suited different locations in the surrounding area. Restaurant is very good, although a little over priced, buffet breakfast is a typical European spread and the bar has a great selection of beers and cocktails. The staff were excellent and very friendly. We stayed in a family room, which was huge and spacious. Got an early check in and late check out.

The hotel is dated; needs a new lick of paint, fresh carpets etc, but for the cost, you can’t really grumble. Gym is poor, swimming pool is great for very young children, but not for adults wanting to swim lengths!!!! Food is very good, but well over priced, but there are plenty of food places nearby. We had an issue with sockets and TV, which seemed to reoccur around the hotel.

The communication from the hotel after reserving the room was excellent.. The staff were very polite and helpful and food was superb. Just a side note... We had a hire car, so it was easy to get around but this is definitely a business hotel rather than a tourist place.. It's up a very dark lane on an industrial estate. There is a train station about 15 min walk.

Thanks for staff who makes my stay very comfort. Since i booked the room they sent my msg and promissed to arrange the room to be sauitable to my family and yes what was right! Great job! Room is very larg enough! Clean Has two toilets Thw hotel is nearby two big supermarkets! Few mintues to the town center! And around 15 to 20 mins to dusseldorf

Very friendly staff, nice and quiet room, comfortable bed, easy to use free Wifi with very good performance and reliability, proper desk suitable for working, coffee maker in the room and one free bottle of water, private parking lot onsite. Although I didn't travel on business this time, this hotel would be a great choice for business travellers. I didn't have the opportunity to check out restaurant, bar and gym.

We had previously stayed in a lovely executive suite. Although i booked a suite again for the same price, this time it was in the old part and not as nice. The sofa bed didn’t open and I had to change the reservation for 2 separate rooms which worked out more expensive for our family.

Wonderful welcome by the staff very proffesional and quick, also the barman was spot on lad with a good taste of music u are lucky to have him

Wonderful hotel I felt comfortable and at home a peaceful hotel for those looking for rest I was enchanted by the window of my room with the trees everything was very good in the hotel great polite staff I have nothing to complain about 🥰

Room itself was comfortable and cosy

Location is isolated if you have no car. It is situated under a flight corridor for DUS airport and sometimes you have noisy planes crossing every 1-2 minutes. They were not able to provide an iron even though I've asked 3 days in a row (answer was always - We have just gave it to another room ... it made me wonder if this is a standard answer). All in all, it's a good hotel for German standards

Tidy and clean room as advertised. Loved the very late check in. (Midnight).. no hassle.

Very nice and comfortable room and bed. Quiet location. In walking distance to the train station. Travel into duesseldorf citycenter 25 minutes only. Reasonably priced.
