no meal option chosen and the tiny kitchen facility is for warming up pasta maybe. we were given a morning sun balcony to the rear (opposed to the traffic side) and I enjoyed waving at the trams (I'm like that). plenty of space and the furniture is moveable. it's definitely corporate but it served us well. It's all simple clean and easy and we would happily return for a day or two. The management is part time on site and we had a good contact in excellent English when we needed it (an out-of-hours phone contact is offered and I'm sure it would work ok, but we can't confirm)

parking is a bit pricey at 15 euros overnight, but it's a good and secure underground garage.

very spacious and well appointed, everything i needed. good communication although I didn't meet anyone as there is no full-time reception. There was no problem checking in. i didn't use the public facilities.

You are asked to recycle and can dispose everything in cellar recycle room. Only the glass you are asked to bring to a street container in neighbouring street. When I tried, there was a sign on the container side: closed until further notice. They might have noticed by now because glass started to pile up in recycling room.

Manager Andrea was very nice and helpful. Check-in was smooth even though I arrived at night. The room was spacious and had all necessary things including cooking utensils. Everything worked perfectly. There is also free gym in the basement with basic machines. Laundry machines are cheap and new. Tram station is close but the U76 interval is 20 mins.

Carpet smell if the window is closed. Airport noise (planes are taking off above Meerbusch). Closest supermarket is 20 mins on foot.

Close to Uban, no Uban service at night! conviniance stores are 500 meters and more. No kitchen utensils for cooking.

Very good location just on the U bahn stop to the city centre and very close to the fair by car. Older but very clean apartment.

Nothing extra, some cracks in the bathroom.

Given that this is a studio with a utility kitchen, there could be at least a tea bag or instant coffee in the kitchen to welcome you.

no breakfast ,but had kitchen can be cook ,good ,and room big ,comfortable.

in the o floor had a restaurant ,some a bit living music , laud ,singer , till 10 PM, its a bit noise.

The location was perfect to to attend the fair and also to go to the center. Breakfast price is too high for the delivered breakfast.
