The staff were so friendly and helpful Our stay was comfortable And the location was excellent

The location was superb,central lots in easy walking distance the Rhine, city centre, train station and good selection of shops including a organic supermarket with a bakery and as well as the underground 3 to 5 mins away. The property had a balcony and some nice view of the rhine tower and some good properties also coupled with inner city demolition and some ugly buildings. The bed was really comfy too! I loved the coffee maker, which doubled up as a kettle very efficient. The bathroom was very spacious. The place was quiet. Good set up of essential kitchen supplies.

List might look long -focuses on potential improvements I didn't like that some areas were not cleaned properly such as a bedside table , bathroom. However, management responded quickly to notification, offered a clean, fixed door handle, filled the essentials like salt , washing up liquid up and extra bin liners and a good check/system before releasing properties/handover should solve this in the future. The property would have also benefit from a deep clean windows, edges of carpet. A few extra/different kitchen equipment would make a huge difference some more cutlery, frying pan, small cooking pot and maybe replace the big pot plus colander with a steamer a. some point . Increase recycling/more info and use of more eco-friendly products such as compostable coffee pods.

The Digital check in & check out was amazing & hustle free. The room was equipped with all the necessary items. The location is great with access to most of the city's attractions.

Comfortable apartment within walking distance from the train. Kitchenette is great with coffee machine.

The area of Düsseldorf isn’t very nice, but it’s walking distance to the centre. Unfortunately no staff on site during our stay. Check in was fine, but not so convenient when a loud group was partying/yelling next door until 5am

Superior studio is one of the best rooms so far. My kids loved how spacious thwir room was.. Nice location and accessible by Tram however not a walking distance from Central Station. Kitchen, Utensil and fridge are available in the apartment.

My room was separated from my children's room. Separating rooms from 1st floor to 6th floor and all efforts to resolve it proved futile. No physical Staff presence except only on telephone. Cleaning Services would have to be ordered and payed extra fees

Was all good. Nice location and good apartment for stay

Everything in the place is 10/10. I recommend to everyone I know and want spend some days on Düsseldorf

you could not let your bags stay after check out. So we had to walk the whole day with them

It is very nice hotel close to Central HBF, in the City Centre. Easy access to most important touristic places, walking distance to all of them from this amazing property. It’s very clean and comfortable. Stuff was very friendly, special thanks to miss Alina. I must recommend to stay here earnestly like a very lovely place to stay in Düsseldorf.
