The property is only a 2 minute walk from a train station and with how efficient the railway services are in it Germany it makes it easy to visit other towns and cities while also being able to return to the hotel late into the night The property is well maintained, the decor does feel a bit dated but the staff keep it clean to a high standard, staff are about every day to supply fresh towels and assist with other requests There are more local amenities at a close walking distance.. supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and pubs overall a lovely place to stay There was an issue with the lift for the building that meant it was going to be out for the period of our trip but the hotel managed to arrange us a room on the 1st floor instead of the 4th floor where we were set to be

The hotel do a buffet breakfast in the morning but I felt the hours where a bit short and could have been longer or started a little later to finish later

The place is near to the center, the rooms are very clean, thanks for that.. have parking The hotel is great for that price and definitely didn't worth the low estimate in booking

I met some problems with bathroom, first the hot water almost come, I said almost cuz I take a shower with a bit cold water, after that the siphon didn't take the water but I fix it.. Instead of that..everything was great

Very friendly staff, convenient parking and location. Bathroom was super clean and modern. Plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance.

Certain aspects of the hotel are looking a little tired although this was only cosmetic and didn't affect our stay.

An older hotel but clean. Hard to say about the location - we appeared to be downtown in a working area. We felt safe. Breakfast was delicious - hot items and fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, cold meats, museli, yogurt. Parking was small and fellow next to us parked over the line causing our driver to have to crawl out back hatch! Room was newly remodeled and clean. Somewhat small but perfectly fine. Refrigerator in our room

1 room had dirty carpet and slight smell but all else was clean. Would recommend. Glass door on the bathroom - partially frosted- seemed weird.

Paid car park with rough access to it (potholes everywhere); dusty furniture, unclean toilet and carpet. Some staff unhelpful - in need of customer services training. Expensive considering the tired looking facilities, and the level of service provided.

I loved the location, it is super close to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, and also felt spacious, the bed was very comfy. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great value too! Would definitely stay here again.

Room was fine, staff were fine.Location was ok. Further than I thought from the station, but not really far. Reason I said I wouldn't stay again is that I am unlikely to visit Duren again. Breakfast was excellent. Town centre with Christmas market was really nice though.

The location was great Very close to the station with good connections to Cologne and Aachen.

There was no thermostat, so you couldn't regulate the temperature. Luckily it wasn't too cold but that could've been an issue. There were cobwebs on the ceiling.

Breakfast was very good as was the room & the location was convenient for us to travel on from.

We had a room at the front of the hotel & heard a lot of traffic noise throughout the night & the road sweeping machine very early in the morning, so, not a fantastic nights sleep.🙁🙁

The room was great apart from the carpet. Old and stains everywhere. That needs changing. One old towel was left in the bathroom.
