I liked the big room that was super clean. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was super helpful and accomodant, especially Dany who helped me for a lot. Thanks to him!

There was this weird smell outside, and the location was not the best to walk around.

The hotel is well located with a bus stop very close, 15 min walking to the train station and 20 min walking to the city centre, 6 min by car to Julich Institute. The room is fine, clean and comfortable with a small fridge and a nice bathroom. The breakfast has a nice selection of food, and the staff are friendly. There are many gambling machines next to the reception and a Casino next to the hotel.

I did not see any heater in the room, and sometimes it was cold.

Nice good hotel with comfortable bed and possibility to have a bathtub in a room. Super clean, with friendly and helpful personnel. All my questions were answered, breakfast was really good and in time, WI FI was working properly and stable. As a pedestrian I had difficulties to cross the road in front of hotel - maybe in future some passage will be added;)

Second part of the hotel is not connected to reception and breakfast hall, so it was little not comfortable to pass all the way every morning. But maybe I dont know about additional doors somewhere;)

The most notable positive about this staff were the staff. They were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The next was the room, which was lovely, more spacious than I was expecting and comfortable.

The location worked well for us on this trip, but it would have been a bit of a walk to the town centre if that's what you were in the area for. However, we got a taxi back from town after visiting the Christmas market for @15€ (inc tip)

It is quaint; the rooms are spacious and interesting (not cookie cutter). The dinner menu is not expansive - pasta/pizza - but it is tasty. It is a very comfortable hotel and they accommodated us with a nice crib for our 6 mo. old.

Maybe a bigger dinner menu, but there are many nice restaurants downtown. Also, if it were a bit closer to downtown, that would be a bit better, but it is a walkable distance.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, they spoke English and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was actually nice as described in the other reviews. The rooms were very well equipped and elegant-looking.

The location is great if you need to go to the research centre and it is quite close to the station, otherwise it is in an industrial, peripheral area which is not really nice. Plus it's difficult to cross the street safely and reach the building.

The breakfast tastes great, the staff are very attentive, the accommodation is very good, and the bed is very comfortable. Free wifi is provided.

May be you need to be careful about food spoilage. One morning I find a packaged food that was moldy. The location is a little far, but within the acceptable range.

A big advantage was the large room with two working desks, which allowed you to work with the computer. Cleanliness and breakfast were of a high standard. The location is convenient, especially if you are planning to visit the research center.

Small and narrow bathroom. Head cushions were too high and not comfortable.

Breakfast was delightful. Hotel was a bit on the outskirts of town for us, as we were using public transport and walking, but not so far as to be inconvenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!!! They even prepared a birthday cake for my daughter as a surprise on her birthday!! It’s was a fantastic stay at this hotel!! I will come back with a huge pleasure and recommend to everyone this hotel!!
