Slightly earlier check-in was able to be confirmed by hotel. Coming to a warm, clean room from the cool outdoors at the end of October was welcome. A kettle was made available when it wasn't included in the room as advertised. Breakfast included hot Wiener Würstchen and scrambled and boiled eggs. Brochures and maps at reception were very useful.

Reception was unprepared for our arrival during our confirmed arrival time window. Breakfast place setting and buffet replenishment was inconsistent. Bathroom had small amounts of mould in the shower and around the window.

I got a kind a flat with living room, big kitchen and bathroom for the price of one room. I don't know all the condition of rooms are same or not, but if you travel with family or friends and need accomoation just near by central station(maybe you have train in early morning or many baggages make you don't move a lot) it is great place. Around Eisecah HBF is not dangerous like Frankfurt, so you can easily walk down only 2-3 min to Hotel, there are big shopping mall just in from of the hotel inclube Kaufland, dm, etc.

A bit noisy because of the bus terminal bejind of hotel. And a bit smoking smell in the room even though there are the sign "no smoking" (So it is not Hotel's falut)

Nice room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Both breakfast and evening meal were very good. Location is excellent, close to the hauptbanhof, and also the centre of Eisenach.

The lovely host put us in an apartment so we could see our motorbike in the car park opposite which was just so lovely of her! Breakfast was terrific and the location very good.

A little road noise due to location but nothing major.

Room is clean. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Location is excellent. Just 3 minutes from main train station.

The bed is a bit too soft.

Perfect location when arriving by train late at night, walking to city centre or for taking the bus to the castle.
