Our room was spacious and came with a fan which was most welcome has the nights were hot and humid. The breakfast room was also spacious and offered a wide selection of breakfast fare. The restaurant of an evening served a good selection of Caribean themed meals and was a popular venue. The location was ideal being a short walk to the centre and historical houses. It was also on the bus route for Wartburg Schloss. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I believe some would say it is now looking a little dated, but that is a minor observation.

For the price, the room has an adequate size. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom has enough space (more than I expected. actually). The location is really good. Not the most beautiful part of the city, but 100m from the Bach Haus Museum, less than 10 minutes walk to the center and 30 min walk from the castle. The staff was 100% friendly and helped whenever I needed. Breakfast was a standard good hotel breakfast. I would come back anytime.

Honestly, it is obvious that the hotel had more glorious times. Nevertheless, it is clean, the room was cosy and refurbished, and the breakfast was good. It was also quite cheap.

The outlet near the bed only functioned if the night lamp was on. So that my phone did not charge overnight. As said above, sometimes you can see that the hotel was more luxurious.

The staff was nice and the bed comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable, and I had a nice view out the back/courtyard of the hotel looking into the hills. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. I also like having a water cooker for my tea, and the windows were nice and big so you could open them and get a breeze. The room was of a larger size than some in Europe.

The furnishings were a little bit older but not in bad shape. I gladly switch that out for a lower price on my hotel bill.

Excellent hotel from which we could reach the Bachhaus in a couple of minutes. The room was very quiet. Another plus: the great breakfast! Friendly stuff all around. One has to pay for parking in the garage of the hotel, but it is well worth it.

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, close to the House of Bach, with easy access to all places of interest in the town. Breakfast is well served. They also have a great Dominican restaurant in the building, which we visited 2 times - given how great it is.

We were first put in a room with transparent glass door in the toilet, which we found very awkward. We asked, and we were promptly moved to another room - which was fine.

Good hotel in Eisenach. Close to DemoPark. Parking opposite. Very clean and comfortable room. Dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly.

The staff was great! We lost a mobile phone in a taxi on the way to the train station - the hotel retrieved it and sent on to our next destination.

Breakfast was great, surroundings also due to the close proximity to the town center. Definitely would recommend for a visit. Very pleasant staff also

one bed room towards patio was quite noisy and not a very good insulation toward neighbouring rooms. at breakfast no offers for plant based drinks or spreads (i.e. soydrink oatdrink or similar)
